Absolutely uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast not replenished, missing eggs, cheap sausages, really terrible coffee. I will definitely not return to this hotel. On the other hand, very well located if you are going to an event in the O2 arena.

A very pleasant stay, and very helpful staff.

The price level doesn't fit the services. Staff was very slow and very confused... not only with our check in. In the room, there was rests from previous visitor, rubbish in the basket and hairs at the toilet. Towels were shreded... Minibar was half empty...

Stayed at this hotel a couple of times now. Always a warm welcome and really helpful. Great location for the arena which is just a few minutes walk away.

The staff are exceptionally friendly.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, clean and tidy, staff friendly. Poor quality mattress, I could feel the springs, bathroom had a bath and that was appreciated, smart TV which was a plus, overall a good hotel.

We had to change rooms due to a flea infestation from a previous guest keeping a pet in the room. The hotel staff were very good about the whole thing and moved us to another room. What's interesting is that the rooms are differently equipped, almost randomly. Showers are different, wardrobes are different, electronics, furnishings... It's all quite random.

Excellent hotel for the money,massive room.Cleanliness excellent. A stones throw from tram and metro. Uber to airport was £22 and took 35 minutes. Highly Recommended.

The staff in reception was very kind and helpful, especially Viktoria, whole helped us to solve some troubles during our days in Praha.

What a lovely hotel, clean and modern, staff were so friendly and helpful, 20 min tram ride into the city centre (less than 5 min walk from hotel) will definitely be going back there when next in Prague.

We stayed here just overnight and everything was OK. Especially we appreciated the restaurant Jerusalem in the hotel for its tasty cuisine. Good for guests who plan to visit the O2 Arena nearby.

Good value for money budget hotel friendly staff

It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. And when we checked out he was helpful. Breakfast was good as well, I especially liked the homemade cakes and the yogurt. The Jerusalem restaurant and bar also is a nice stop to have, I had a buffet and a drink on my first night. Overall, it served its purpose for me. Would definitely recommend to others visiting Prague.

Great location next to 02 Arena. Staff amazing and very nice. Beautiful Christmas lobby. Also breakfast was very good. We will choose the hotel next time for sure!
