Very basic and small. Tucked into some industrial like area. Saving grace is gas station just 400m away and we were able to top up before our next journey as our gas was running very low.

Got everything we expected.

This is a basic hotel about a 10 minute walk from Carcassonne airport. We were made welcome by friendly staff. Our bedroom was clean as was the bathroom but there was a very strong nauseating smell of drains. We had to close the bathroom door during the night. The breakfast was excellent. However we were met with a point blank refusal when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our afternoon flight. We were told very firmly that once we had checked out we had checked out!

Staff was fantastic to deal with, The hotel was a little dated but clean and well maintained.

The cool Receptionist has put us in the wrong room as the roof was open and many birds were flying into the roof. it may be nest in the roof straight from our room. there are many poo of birds falling on the balcony near our door. the swimming pool is lovely, but too small for swimming. the path to Airport is not good and rough for the case to rolling.

A sort of French equivalent of a Travelodge - everything you need but no frills. Limited dining menu but several places to eat nearby, plus supermarket. Staff were very helpful and gave us advise on travelling into Carcassonne. No complaints, but nothing especially outstanding either.

We stayed here the evening before an early flight from Carcassonne airport and it offered everything we needed. Close to the airport, close to restaurants and a supermarket, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Great hotel, rooms freshly decorated and painted, you can even smell the fresh painted still. Comfortable bed and beddings. Friendly welcome with smile and first thing she asked if I'll prefer to be greeted in english. Hotel has free parking that's great, next to shops and restaurants. Very good stay thank you

L’hôtel est vieux et peu représentatif des autres Kyriad déjà fréquentés La remarque de l’hôtesse sur la réservation de la chambre la veille pour le lendemain n’était pas nécessaire. Tout le monde n’a pas la chance de pouvoir prévoir des vacances à l’avance ou des vacances tout court.

Établissement propre, chambre également et literie confortable. Personnel de l'accueil du soir et matin très sympathique et pro.

Hotel très agréable literie confortable personnel très accueillant aux petits soins si il y avait une chose à dire, ce serait juste les finitions sur la porte de la salle de bain dans la chambre, mais sinon tout était très bien

The hotel is quite basic. Good if you are not going to use the facilities much or if it is a passing hotel. Despite this, it has a swimming pool and several supermarkets, a shopping center and several fast food nearby. But to see the city you will need a vehicle. I didn't see any transportation options. Just the right size for two adults and one child. Comfortable bed. Kettle. The shower is very slippery.

Séjour pour affaire. Deuxième halte dans cet établissement et toujours le même acceuil aussi professionnel et surtout avec de la sympathie. Idem lors du pdj . Un hôtel où le management est intelligent et ça paye. Bravo à l'équipe Kyriad Carcassonne.

Três bon hôtel pour une nuit pour aéroport. Literie confortable. Calme et propre.

Le son de la télé est mauvais et le petit dej est trop cher pour ce qui est proposé

Beaucoup de serviabilité à l’accueil, refus de pourboire pour les services rendus.

Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Seul bémol, le groupe d'ado assez bruyant en soirée.

Ça fait plaisir de voir un hôtel bien géré avec un personnel professionnel et souriant de l'accueil jusqu'au veilleur de nuit. Bonne gestion humaine de votre établissement

Je recommande cet hôtel pour le professionnalisme de la manager qui a pris le temps de régler mon problème de date de réservation alors que c'était moi qui m'étais trompé. Quelqu'un de compétent et de pro, vraiment c'est à souligner car c'est devenu rare. Merci.
