This is an apartment room that has everything that I need so is a happy stay for me! I had unexpected instance so requested for late check-out that was granted by the owner without any problem!

The owner (Mark) speaks English and was both friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and convenient to two subway stations. It worked will for my wife and me.

Everything was splendid except directions how to reach the apartment. We had an address, but it turns out this street in Beijing there are no street numbers! Luckily, a passer by, who spoke fluent English, called the manager on his phone (our phones did not work in China) and we were rescued. So better communication at the arrival stage is sorely needed! Otherwise everything else was fine. It is about 12-15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station and has many shops close by if you are self catering. The apartment is soacious and comfortable and quiet.

The place is a bit difficult to find. Called the owner and was picked up from a convenient address. The place has refrigerator, stoves, microwave.

Within our first few nights we picked up a tail (followed back to the apartment), had someone knocking at the front door with a "delivery" at 11pm. There was no pot to cook with, hangers were extremely dirty and needed cleaning before use, security latches of the windows could do with beefing up

The room was very comfortable, clean, and homey. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while vacationing in Beijing. Although a bit hard to find, the hotel/apartment is conveniently located (15 minute walk away from the Dawanglu subway station). I would highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a budget-friendly option. Washing machine was also a plus!

It was cheap, large room, clean but a hard bed (Normal by Chinese standards I think) Right across the street was a big shopping complex with a supermarket, plenty of restaurants and easy to get a rickshaw to the subway (Cost of rickshaw 10 yuan, subway 2 to get anywhere in Beijing). The internet was free, although a little slow. The 32inch LCD tv was in working order, but not of much use unless you speak Chinese. Good water pressure in the shower, a deep freeze freezer, full kitchen, good view, plenty of closet space and a washing machine. There was no cleaning service which I was fine with, no hotel staff to speak of because its an apartment complex. overall well worth the price

The only negative experience of my stay came when I was trying to find it. It wasn't where it said on the hotels.com map. It also wasn't at the address it said in hotels.com. After two hours of searching, i ended up going into another hotel and pleading with reception to help me find it. They phoned the number, and the guy who owns the apartments came and picked me up in a BMW. Without this, there is no way I would have known where to go, because it was just an unmarked apartment in an unmarked apartment building. It was then I realised 'China Sunshine Apartments' is just a guy who owns some apartments and leases them out to temporary visitors. So if you choose this option, don't bother searching for it, just phone the number. Once found, I have no complaints about the room. Everything worked, including rather fast internet by Chinese standards. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a supermarket across the road. The one time I had a problem with the internet, someone came and fixed it quite quickly.

My stay was perfect.

Is a nice apartment only thing is the cleaning service only come 2 time during my stay, the rest of day you need to clean yourself. environment not bad, quite close to major train station ( about 700 M away), buses also quite convenience. will stay again if go to Beijing.

This is a basic apartment, comfortable but basic, do not expect 5 star but you get what you pay for. I am used to slumming it, so for me ok but if you are used to a high standard then you may find not so good. Room was a good size, had free internet, kitchen was ok but no forks, knives or toaster but i knew this in advance as asked. Kitchen had washing machine and microwave, which was good guy who took me to room was nice, good english. was about 20 mins from U Town where I had to be for meetings, but taxi is cheap, but traffic bad

Nice, clean apartment with kitchen, bath, living room, tv,, AC, even a washer, at a very reasonable price. Perfect for an extended stay in Beijing. Located near bus, subway and cabs for easy access to the whole city. Great view from my apartment on the 23rd floor. Kitchen had burners, fridge, microwave. Bath had waterfall shower head and small washing machine. Living area had nice love seat and LCD tv. Dining area with table and chairs. Nice big bed with duvet. Plenty of closet space. Free Wifi. I would definitely stay here again. Many little restaurants to eat at in the area. Secure entry. Clean elevators.

영어가 잘 통하지 않는 중국에서 주인이 어느 정도 영어가 가능하다는 점이 좋습니다. 방은 정말 깔끔하고 깨끗하게 정리 잘 돼있었어요! 개인적으로 아쉬운 건 위치를 찾기가 좀 어려운 점, 암막커튼이 빛을 완전히 차단시켜주지 못하는 점 이렇게 두 가지였습니다. 아주 가까운 곳에 편의점이 있고 산리툰, 궈마오 등등 베이징 시내에서 가볼만한 곳들이 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 좋습니다.

性能价格比，相当不错。特别是可以简炊和设有洗衣机，太方便了。

如果以單純公寓來說，真的舒適又大坪，附近水果攤超級多，西式咖啡廳多，實在很喜歡。老闆人非常好。只是剛開始聯絡的時候有點不順，打好多電話才通，女兒聲音比較兇一點。

Helt ok om man inte är intresserad av partyliv. Det är rätt långt till tunnelbana. Det störta problemet är att hitta till kontoret när man ska checka in. Vet man inte var det ligger är det näst intill hopplöst, rent ut sagt omöjligt att hitta det. Skulle behövas en beskrivning på bokningssidan. Jag har bott några gånger här och tycker att det är helt ok. Passar bra för mitt jobb.

Bra lägenhetshotell. Ett minus är att i beskrivnings utlovas porslin och bestick, men det finns inga bestick. Inte ens pinnar! För min el gör det inget att det är långt till tunnelbanan för jag tycker om att promenera. De som inte vill promenera kan ta bussen, nr 31, utanför hotellet till tunnelbanan Dawanglu.
