Strategic location and variety selection for breakfast unfortunately the ladies in reception are not quite friendly and hotel needed an improvemen

The hotel is a really outdated. The breakfast has many choices but half of the dishes were not heated well. The room was really stuffy even when I turned the air conditioner to 16C. A bit disappointed in the condition of the hotel.

I was on a 2 weeks trip in taiwan, this is my 4th hotel stayed & the most uncomfortable hotel. The bed mattress was very hard, backache after 2 nights. During checked in, the staff was very impatient with us. Hotel do not have carpark, public carpark was about 10 mins walk from hotel.

Hotel rooms weren’t available at 3 pm as promised. Beds are hard as a rock. Rooms were clean. Some staff were helpful, others were not.

Even though it is old but it is clean.

Staff are friendly and very responsive. Having laundry options, the gym, a microwave, ice maker, and a lounge area all on the top floor was super convenient. It’s close to good restaurants and a decent shopping area. The only issue you may run into, is the drive home if you’re working in Science Park. You have to leave by 5, if you don’t want to spend 40 mins taking a 11 min trip.

Hotel workers are friendly.

Carlton used to be quite good condition years back when I stayed. Unfortunately, this time I feel the condition was kinda old, don’t seems to be well maintained. Hygiene wish is acceptable though, and the service by staff are still good and friendly.

中央空調沒有暖氣，跟櫃檯反應送了一台非常小的暖氣。但有跟沒有一樣，房間還是很冷。後來櫃檯說可以換房間，但要換到沒有窗戶的房間，說：沒有窗戶的房間會比較暖？ 因為不喜歡沒有窗戶的房間就沒有換了，櫃檯給多給了一個棉被。 完全不推薦，也不會再訂這間飯店了

Good size room, breakfast spread was nice with Japanese food (miso, tonkatsu, nato), nice lication with lots of eateries. Hotel room is old.

Stayed 11 nights. Prepaid via Expedia, picked up room card and went straight to the room. Smooth staff-less check in. Large size executive queen room with good size bathroom in Taiwan standard. Balcony can overlook the city buildings. Only complaint about about the cleanliness is the aged carpet, needs an update. Food is better than expected with 3 meals delivered on time. After 3 days, hotel accommodated my request of vegetarian food only with great attitude and the same good quality meal. Will book this hotel again if needed.

Surprisingly comfortable room with a large bathroom.

The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights and enjoyed being able to stretch out and come back to a welcoming space.
