Everything great

I didn't feel safe at this property. I didn't even check in. I went around the corner to Waterwalk.

Check in was easy. Had to change rooms no big deal but this place needs some serious repairs.

I needed a safe and comfortable place to rest and shower for a few nights while getting things worked out for a longer stay or leaving. I reserved a room without paying online since I had cash but when I arrived there was no rooms left supposedly except for the same size for more money. The AC and TV were broken. The sheets were filthy and dingy with blood stains, the bathroom looked like it was not cleaned In months with caked on dirt in the shower, stains in the toilet, gnats coming from the sink drain, and my feet were black from the floor which appeared to have not been swept or mopped. I was hot, tired, stressed out from recent events in my life, and all I wanted to do was get a good night's rest and get cleaned up and ready to search for work the next day. That did not happen. I know we get what we pay for but this was ridiculous. It's better outside than in the room they rented me on this visit.

They put me in a really dirty room but I had already paid for a week, so I cleaned it up myself and had the most restful week that I have had in possibly a year. It was quiet, convenient and safe. For these readons I gave it 4:stars despite the individual assessment ratings that I gave

Towels cost extra. No refrigerator. Room was destroyed. No trash can in the room. Tv barely worked. Staff was rude. Bad area. Room smells like weed.

Relaxing

Loved all staff. Some days I'd have to leave to go get more money so I could get my room again, and if I was gonna be gone after check out, they still held my room with all my stuff until I returned and paid for my room again.

I had a good room this time, with a great big bed and fancy looking headboard. The water got hot quickly and stayed hot, which is always a huge plus. But most important, I had absolute and complete privacy and security kept a watchful eye of my vehicle.

I didn't find out until I checked out that there was a $10 deposit for towels and apparently shower curtains and trash cans. I mean now the price was definitely right I mean all in all it wasn't that bad I didn't mind not having a towel I used a bedspread

You get more than what you pay for in terms of safety, convenience and privacy. Just bring ur own sheets and blanket and everything will be good.

Friendly staff and practical, clean amenities.

I rented the room for me and my girlfriend and the room was in my name and paid with my credit card. I was kicked out of the room and the office let my girlfriend stay in the room

no shower curtain, no towels, tv did not work, room was dirty

The staff was very helpful and friendly. But I needed to ask for towels and light bulbs. The area around the motel was very dark.
