Clean room breakfast ok! Staff friendly!

I would recommend a stay at this hotel for anything UT related. The location is great and super walkable - lots of electric scooters around, too! The breakfast was very good - several hot options, too. I had a suite with a king bed - very spacious. My only two complaints are that there wasn’t a dresser in the room to put clothes in if you wanted to unpack - there’s a closet to hang clothes but no shelves or drawers. Additionally, the pool area doesn’t have any sun loungers. Just upright chairs and couches which I found pretty odd. Other than that, it’s a great spot for a visit to Austin!

Rose at check in, was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding reservation issues, that were out of her control, and was simply so sweet when I checked in! She also helped with information about surrounding areas.

Easy access to everything to do with the university

I LOVED the staff at the Hampton, especially those on the front desk. I have never stayed in a hotel in which the staff were so accommodating and professional with such good spirits.

Great hot breakfast

Check-in staff was very pleasant, even upgraded our room at no charge! Second time to stay, and we enjoyed it. Close to our student and campus.

Easy access to UT campus.

We just got back from a weekend in Austin. I do know about other people but when I pay over $700 for a room with a balcony I expect to have at least one chair so can sit out and enjoy it. Then I balcony door. This was a trick in itself to figure out. Should be easy to go in and out of a door? Nope. You had to hold the handle down and close the door, hold it closed while you life the handle up futher then it should go. If you want hot water be sure to turn the shower handle twice and then stop half way. Idk, I guess I was expecting a little more. The staff was very nice, the break was ok the coffee good. Parking was ok.

We did not have pets, but they had water bowls out for pets.

Nice hotel

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating! the hotel was very clean and quiet and the pool area was nice, nice view of the capitol building!

Unfortunately, I didn't realize I was committing for a specific date--last night instead of the date I was looking fior(Sept 18-20). Since you provide no phone numbers I was unable to call bacj & I lost $90. Therefore I selected a different hotel foir the dates I will be in Austin, Your site was very confusing to navigate. I got this hotel because it’s very close to UT Austin University…they charge $40 to park inside their parking garage per night. There is no where to park close to the hotel. Very limited so it’s worth paying this. Breakfast is good…omelette, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, bagels…a lot of variety. As of today they were renovating the outside of hotel but no disturbances inside. I will be back.

Great location, amazing staff

Good coffee downstairs for mornings. Terrible in-room coffee makers and condiments, though this is my only complaint about our hotel stay.

We came in town for the Band Together Texas event. The hotel and staff were amazing. Friendly and accommodating. It was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The free buffet breakfast was also wonderful. They had everything from eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fried potatoes, oatmeal with all the fixings, waffle/pancake station to make your own with a large variety of fixings, bagels, fresh fruit, muffins, a variety of coffee, tea, juices and more. I was impressed. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
