Good place to stay but very far from other placeas and limited facilities in surrounding hotel

The place is nice and strategic, standard hotel facilities, but the food is less varied for a star hotel, and the staff is friendly.

Kind staffs, long time check in, clean room, good location.

I have to pay tourist tax at Novotel Al Barsha, why is the application not informed, not hidden fees.

Very nice hotel, good location (close to metro station), and we got surprise of a cake (we told the receptionist that we're on "unique-destination" honeymoon) 😁 surely recommended!

Everything was perfect as expected.

The hotel property is not terrible, adequately maintained. The breakfast selection is excellent. When you look at the pictures (pool shot) it looks like you are close to the sea... you are not! The pool is in what seems to be perpetual shadow and windy (cold). Wifi is terrible overall. There was no attempt to even do room cleaning until early evening, when I asked about this they said that is normal so they can get the incoming rooms cleaned first. Very inconvenient. I can not recommend this Novotel to anyone. I guess my expectations were too high after staying in other properties.

I had the most pleasant stay here. It is only 1,2 km away from Dubai Emirates Mall. It is clean and quiet eventhough just besides very busy toll road. Unfortunately, no backyard.

All the staff very friendly room very clean delicious food , next time of course I will stay again , and the best service from Front Office manager thanks so much 😇.
