Bad experience! Staff entered the room as if no one was there.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center. Beautiful bathtub. Breakfast is not very rich. The swimming pool is a bit old and small, there is no play room for children. The extra charge for 2 children's room is 500k, so the price for the room is quite high compared to the quality.

4-star hotel, not too new but clean, I booked 1 Serior Family room 72m so very spacious and comfortable, breakfast with a full breakfast buffet. Pretty small pool, few people. There is nothing special around the hotel, there are 2 grocery stores right next to you so you can go down to buy necessary things like water, yogurt .... In general, with the price of booking, I feel ok. The hotel is about 8km from Trang An, 90k taxi takes, if you call a taxi in Trang An, it will take another 10k parking fee.

Rich breakfast buffet, spacious, clean dining room. My family's lunch and dinner are booked at the hotel and they are satisfied with the price, quality of service as well as the quality of the food. Next time if I have the opportunity to Ninh Binh I here again. In addition, I booked a superior room, but the receptionists had upgraded our room for free. Thank you!
