Starting with room, bathroom shower very dirty I had to request to clean, the room was spacious and convertible, I was there for 10 days and the breakfast was boring and repetitive. Not enough options on food. The gym equipment was in repair and no Air conditioner. I could not exercise and the pool is beautiful but the water super cold. Overall facilities need maintenance and upgrade. Great plus is the location close to a big mall, grocery store, pharmacies, gas station and easy access to different routes. However there are many new hotels being built in the area. So they need improvement if they want more business. The staff were helpful but not friendly.

Large room but hotel is old and breakfast was very basic and not tasty. I asked for toilet paper few time and the reception did not send. Internet is slow and flaky.

The hotel is nice with large rooms. The only downside is that none there speaks English.

Lovely staff and the pool

Didn’t like the fact that they only clean and change towels every other day. However they check the bar everyday. Staff very courteous but very dangerous to stay outside the hotel after 6, 7pm. Had to stay right by the door, not even on the side walk. Very good for a 3 star hotel, but never 4 stars.

If you are going for business, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The wifi is not reliable at all and there is very poor lighting in the room (only 2 lights). No bellman service in the early morning, no housekeeping on Sunday. The gym has very old equipment with only 1 working A/C unit as well. The shower is great though - excellent water pressure. The mattress is decent.

The bedroom is very spacious and clean. My only disappointment was the breakfast which was very basic.

The Internet was not working during the hole stay. Air conditioning on the reception not working properly. Room was not in good condition. Old items, not properly functioning. Bed was comfortable. No good view. I will never come back and I don’t recommend.

Hotel is fine, clean, modern, quite and nice facilities only downside is breakfast which leaves a lot to be desired, personally I'm happy with some eggs, toast and coffee which they have but not a lot more.

Very very dated hotel, the gym is not like the photos almost no equipment and the equipment that is there does not really work well. There had been wind and so the outdoor pool was open but bits of the roof kept falling off - not safe. The room was very old and again dated. The breakfast itself was nice but the restaurant is in an old room with freezing air conditioning. You have to pay for everything even if you want to use a fork! The best part was the ladies working on the front desk who were very friendly and helpful

Towels were disgusting. They should have been discarded a long time ago. Flush did not work properly. Soap was of the worst possible quality. Installations are old, worn and dark.
