Arrived at 6pm and room not ready, there was a loud fan running but not from my bathroom none stop whole time. Considering no breakfast it’s overpriced for the area. Staff is always nice though and location is great for the area.

Very clean

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff on every shift that i encountered were very friendly and welcoming and had great follow through on a few requests we had during our stay. The rooms were huge which was great since we had a pretty big dog, clean, and the beds were phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again!!

Friendly staff

Well for 1..After we had checked out we was charged $25.00 for Iam not even sure why not even including the total of the room and we was never informed of this charge at all. There dirty company! There was nothing wrong with the room at all so that was not the issue here at all! Any way they can make an extra $$ this company will!!!!

This is my second or third time staying at this Candlewood and there’s nothing I can complain about. It’s easily accessible, clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great.

Clean rooms not just throw out clean towels and make beds looked changed

The bed is up against a wall on one side and was difficult to get in and out of if you’re sharing the bed. Small TV in the corner that was difficult to watch. Hairs in the tub floor. No continental breakfast. Wasn’t worth the price.

The room i was in had a musty smell that may have been from the carpet being cleaned and never dried. I was in a suite with a kitchen and any time food was eaten, the ants came with it.

hotel was nice, staff was friendly. Not a lot in the area.

The place was clean we just didn’t have anyone clean change or towels for 2 days
