Gross, not cleaned well, lazy and unfriendly front desk staff. Felt disgusting staying here

Staff and admin. Didn’t honor third party booking, made me pay direct, and didn’t honor 3rd party booking refund. Effectively charged me double for my stay and refused to budge for multiple weeks even though I produced receipts. It feels nice to get ripped off by large organizations. Very very pleasing

Great breakfast, friendly staff, decent room but could use updating. Bathroom weirdly smelled like dog, sink drains were slow, chrome could use some polish. The room was clean enough but not amazing.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. However my vehicle was broken into on my last night at the hotel. The vehicle beside mine was also burglarized. The lady up front said it happens a lot in this area well it would be nice to know this before staying. They hit the hotel beside the one I was at and this one.

The hotel was good location, was clean and the breakfast was very good! 7-10 days back on the $75 each room deposit- haven’t received it yet

Large, clean room. Biggest King room I’ve stayed in. Night shift desk clerk was very kind.

We in town for a softball tournament. The room its self was nice and roomy. There was 3 of us and only gave us 2 towels. But, not a big deal. Was close to the shopping mall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Definitely would stay again.
