Lack of soft soft drink's, cordial’s in the restaurant, some rooms had mould in the bathrooms.

Strange set up of the lights, all controlled buy switch’s by the door including bath room. So if you need the bath room in the night you will have to leave it on or go the door on the opposite side of the room to turn the lights on and off

Clean, good sized room. Clean bathroom. Decent buffet breakfast. Disappointing you have to pay for parking now.

It was clean and the breakfast was excellent

An average hotel, needs a bit of TLC. Wifi was very poor and most of the time not connected, could not work. Staff brilliant and food did the job. Executive rooms do not match the pictures on your website

The toilet ventilation is very weak and only has a rain shower at the top.

Good parking, comfortable bed, courteous staff. However could do with: wardrobe space - drawers, cupboards (the only storage area was an open area for hanging items) healthier choices, more variety and decent coffee at breakfast. less noise from air conditioning vents above the second floor. proper opaque wall rather than glass door and wall to the bathroom.

A great place to stay when visiting family in Sittingbourne. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious. Got talking to some like minded ladies. Hope to return soon. Thank you.

This place was okay at best. You could tell they have tried to put some work in but haven't met the mark yet. Shelves on wall were falling off and slanted meaning things didn't stay on them, no hooks in bathroom to hang things, bathroom sink tap sprayed when turned on everytime flooding floor each time. Drenched every time it was used. Smelled a bit musty. Advertising Christmas 2025 - stayed July 2025. Very little attention to details. Bathtub frame did not fit properly, yellow staining in bathtub.
