Retrouver le calme et le confort dans le même endroit. Excellent séjour

Place is gorgeous! Stay was very relaxing and staff were super helpful and lovely. Highly recommend!

Room was somewhat clean, found some stains on the curtains but nothing major. The electric fireplace was not working in the room. They cleaned the room but never did the beds. We were missing chairs on our balcony so we had to get them around the fountain. They told us they were closing the spa and pool at 11:00pm when it was supposed to close at 11:30pm. Gym is very small with some dumbbells and 3 treadmills. Overall an ok experience not great

Biggest positive surprise of our trip . It was random stop over on our way to Quebec City, little bit out of our way but very comfortable stay

The hotel is an attractive building in beautiful grounds away from it all. The amenities were great. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful but they seemed unable to get our rooms cleaned. We stayed 4 nights and asked 3 times but never got either of our two rooms serviced by the cleaners. Breakfast was good value, but service was mixed, dinner was only average but the service was excellent. We ate town after this. They were very busy and I don’t think they had enough staff on - they certainly need more cleaners and a bit more oversight/management.

Les accès au bain chaud et à la piscine de l'hôtel, à son restaurant et proximité des accès à la nature et aux musées de Nicolet. Chambre spacieuse à l'hôtel Montfort. Lit un peu mou toutefois, mais où s'adapter à la deuxième journée.

Amazing hotel

Un petit bijou au coeur de Nicolet.

L’hôtel est superbe, le personnel est d’un soutien exceptionnel. Nous avons été un peu déçu d’arriver sur les lieux en croyant avoir accès aux spas et aux bains pour finalement constater que l’accès est seulement au bain tourbillon sur le toit qui était rempli à craquer de clients! Les photos sur le site étaient honnêtement trompeuses, car ça fait croire que l’accès aux bains est inclus. Tout de même une belle expérience.

J ai apprécié toutes les commodités qu'on peut intégré à notre séjour...En autre la Terrasse sur le toit avec une belle vue sur la rivière... Ce n'était pas mon premier séjour et non le dernier

Très bien! La seule chose c’est que ce n’est pas une hôtel familiale, quand nous sommes allés, il y avait en majorité des couples

This is a cute hotel with nice amenities. My room on this stay however was cold, dark (three pot lights and two bedside lights only) with zero view. The layout was odd as well. Truly, this should not be a room.

Tout était parfait.Le lit était divinement confortable. Le personnel Courtois et professionnel.La chambre était très propre.

Chambre propre, par contre la toilette fesait du bruit.. comme si l’eau se vidait et se remplissait à tout les 30-40 secondes. Difficile de dormir avec cela. Nous avons fait part à notre départ à la réception comme quoi il avait un problème mais sans plu. Beau terrain Bel espace

Poor service. 1. Waited one hour to be served dinner. 2 then it came cold. The order was incomplete. Restaurant was very understaffed. 3. Given no information regarding access to facilities, like the spa, upon arrival. 4. Many things did not work. Tv did not work. Bathroom sink backed up and didn’t drain. 5. When we asked for help from the front desk the people were very unfriendly. The plain truth. Property looks pretty but nothing works. Staff and service were poor. I would definitely not recommend this place.
