The food service in the evn

Excellent experience. Hotel was designed well aesthetically, phenomenal breakfast for a free breakfast (truly) and front desk spoke excellent English which was helpful. Our family loved how walkable restaurants and shops were as well. Excellent stay.

Clean and convenient. Breakfast was excellent plenty of choses and plenty of it.

The property was well situated with new renovated rooms. The only complain I had was that the pillows were too large, so they were uncomfortable.

Wonderful hotel. Centrally located to lots of restaurants and shops. Nice staff, great breakfast.

Never stayed there. In making my reservations, Hotels.com interchanges hotels from San Jose Costa Rica and San Jose California. So when you’re looking for the best price, you may not realize you booked a hotel in a foreign country. So when I asked for a refund, they refused, even though I had booked another room in San Jose California, using their platform, after I realized the mistake. What a terrible customer service position to take. Will now have to cancel payment with my CC company because Hotels.com refuses to do the right thing!

Everything was just perfect. The staff the food room except the TV came on automatically at 1:30 AM and then again at 4:30AM and woke up the whole family - ruined our whole stay.

Hotel was great, a bit busy because Valentine’s Day. Room service has an hour delayed. Parking was terrible, they parked Us in a different building and the next day we have a hard time getting there for the car because all accesses were closed.
