Kohl’s at the front desk was great very helpful we loved the hotel

We were on the second floor and the room was decent but there was a sewage smell that doesn’t go away the whole time we were there. The rooftop was nice with the view, staff was friendly. Overall good location but the smell was bothersome.

The outside of the toilet bowl had visible stains (urine and hair) on arrival. Even after I reported it, the issue wasn’t cleaned for two days. Unhygienic and unacceptable.

Location

Prime location for the hotel and our room was nice enough. Our check in experience was great, with the colleague giving us loads of recommendations and a map. We asked for an iron one night and a different person on reception said she didn't know where they kept them so couldn't help, which meant we had to wear creased clothes. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, but it was only open for one night of our stay which was a shame.

Such a great location! Walking distance to old town sevilla. So many restaurants around.

We had room 516 it was a beautiful room very large and comfortable. The only downside was the door for breakfast made a bumping noise every time it was opened. This was not very pleasant in the morning when trying to sleep.

Nice room and comfortable. Easy to go walking around from the hotel. Staff was excellent.

Two rooms booked, one had no bedside lamp, Aircon didn't work. Immaculately clean and perfect location.
