The hotel was great! Very clean and the staff was very accommodating to my senior dog.

Enjoyed staying at the Ambassador. Was especially helpful to have the shuttle service from the airport and back and to other locations. The food was good as well. Superior property. It is an old building with character; too bad they are trying to make it look contemporary!!

This hotel was perfectly situated for the event we were in town for. The only drawback is how loud traffic is in the evening and night.

Hotel itself was nice, with helpful staff. Only real complaint is the noise level outside the hotel. There was loud traffic (racing?) until past 2:00 am on the weekend nights, not quite as bad on the weeknights. Kept us awake from the 6th floor. Obviously not the hotel’s fault, but something to consider if you have young children or need to get a solid night’s sleep.

I loved my stay here, staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location I would definitely stay here again!

love the Ambassador

We have stayed at this property several times a year for the last 6 to 7 years. It has been going through some changes and I have to say this is the absolute best day that we’ve ever had! The staff is incredible and the service is unmatched. We were really impressed with this day.

My stay at Ambassador was amazing. The King corner room was spacious and very clean. Room Service was prompt. The front desk staff was helpful for check in and out. Also, the Signature Cosmopolitan cocktail was delicious!

We paid $289.77 through Expedia.com for one night. The hotel charged us $252.58 which “should” fall off our checking account in 5 days! Our room’s air conditioner did not work so we were moved at 8:30pm to another room which was very inconvenient. They said they would comp out $18.00 parking ticket for our inconvenience.

We loved the ambassador. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. at check-in, we were offered a cookie and a special cocktail, great service all around. We felt safe walking to and from the INTRUST arena. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and staff close to everything

Fabulous stay, super helpful staff and a huge room! The speak easy in the basement was a nice surprise and a great spot to meet friends while in town.

the staff at the hotel was friendly, the speakeasy staff however was not. we were unaware that you had to make a reservation to go there, it’s a small bar, we didn’t think it would be necessary. the workers took forever to answer the door, and once they finally did, they acted as if it was an inconvenience for us to go there without a reservation. the mini bar in the room was left open, and everything inside was hot including the fridge itself was hot to the touch. we called the front desk to let them know, and they seemed less than concerned about it and stated that “the people before probably left it open.” it was nice, but doesn’t look anything like the pictures, and way too expensive for what it was. unimpressed with the room, upset over the price when it definitely wasn’t worth it.

The hotel itself is nice and clean but i will not ve staying here again! They will nickel and dime you for every single thing, including charging you for wifi, for the price i paid to stay here, the very least you could do is give me wifi! The room service is overpriced, as are all the snacks and minibar stuff! $7 for a snickers bar is crazy. Then the shower leaks all over the floor, and the showerhead sprays all over the place as well. Then while im sleeping, the maid service knocks on my door, i shouted one minute! She then knocked another 4 times before i could get my pants on, and i ended up answering the door with just a towel on! I know they have a job to do, but give me a minute to get up!

Nicest Hotel in Wichita by far!

We had An amazing stay for our 20th anniversary. I will say be prepared for commotion as you are downtown. They did provide a Bluetooth speaker to play white noise.
