Really liked the hotel facilities. Food was really good, especially breakfast, and meat and desserts were delicious. Also had drinks on tap all day eg soft drinks and coffee. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Also area around the hotel was nice with several interesting shops and cafes in close proximity. Easy to get to and from Heraklion via buses 1 to Heraklion and 6 back to the hotel. Both stops very close to the hotel. Its a very interesting city. Also really close proximity to the beach, just past the bar. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Room is very basic. Hard and uncomfortable bed. Only 1 pillow on each side. Pool and facilities are actually not bad but it was very chaotic with tons of children running around. Buffet offered very unauthentic cheap food so we did not really eat there despite paying for all inclusive. The dining hours are very fixed. Anything with decent quality, such as a frappe, costs premium surcharge. Service was just OK. Positive: 1. free and abundant parking onsite (very useful since we rented a car to explore the island) 2. It is on the beach. Not the nicest beach on Crete, but still a good beach with a few tavernas and walking distance to a few more places on the street side. Chairs are full during the day but emptied out during dinner time. Overall it was a great place to lay our heads but I did not feel like I was in Crete. It’s great for families though, not so much for romantic couple trip.

Property is charming and most of the staff are wonderful. Lots of food, drinks and fun things to do. However, I had a scary experience with one of their staff members

This was a pleasant trip for me! Staff was friendly overall, free sodas, coffee and water. The included drinks were always clear on the menu. The meals were always good and the pools were clean. Having the beach access was a plus as well! My room was surprisingly big and had a large balcony which was so nice to relax in. Shower pressure was great! There were quite a few mixed drinks included, plus a local beer and wine. Other mixed drinks were extra, but I stuck with the included ones as that was enough variety for me! Thank you for the great stay, which I could have been there longer!

Lovely hotel to stay at. Lots of entertainment- bbq night was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would say more 3* than 4* because of bathrooms- shower curtains and no individual toiletries just a soap pump on the wall are more 3* than 4. The reason I wouldnt stay here again is that friom the beach the view of the nearby power station and the smoke it was producing wasnt the best Greek view we have had. .

The resort is very nice. Very clean, the bungalows are charming, clean, comfortable and quiet, the beach is very nice. You will really enjoy your stay as long as you DO NOT EAT HERE. The food is abominable and there are only a handful of drinks included in the "all inclusive" program. Walk a few hundred meters outside the gate and there are lots of nice, reasonably priced restaurants and tourist shops. We particularly liked uncle George's tavern for dinner but whatever you do, do NOT eat at the resort.

I stayed here for one night. It was very cheap and nice for what I got. The food was all great, drinks were decent, and the beach and pool area was very nice. Would recommend for a night or too, but probbably not for more than a week as there is not enough to do.

Stayed there 16-26 of September, 2017 with family. The hotel left an excellent impression. The beach is very good, the food was great. The premises were in very good condition. The location is very good- you can get to Heraklion by bus in 15 minutes. The only one drawback was Wi-Fi. Auwul! Shows full signal and I couldn't even get to Skype. It was important to me and my family and made me to spend extra money on communications.

Great staff, good food, nice pool and grounds. Rooms are a little worn and could use a facelift but were comfortable and nothing was wrong, just a bit worn (e.g. Bathroom caulking was wearing). One real downside as I was traveling with teens was the wifi was pretty poor, which disappointed them, but maybe not a bad thing on a vacation. :-)

Rooms are small, beds aren't comfortable and no proper duvets given, just a sheets. I understand that it's hot but 4stars hotels do provide a good bedding. Not in this case. Shower was extremely small And water flooded the whole bathroom when takin it. Shower curtains were all yellow from dirt and smelled bad. Food was disappointing, rice always undercooked, same as fish and potatoes. Not coincidently as same story repeated itself every day. So I could say that there was loads of food but not much quality to it. The only good food you'd get was in a pool tavern, where you could get fresh scewers and kebab every day. Animation team is quite weak as there wasn't much entertainment prepared, especially for rainy days. We've been to many all inclusive resorts and from experience I could say that preparation is minimalistic. What saved our trip is great slides by the pool and that hotel is located right by the sea, where we've spent most of our time. At the bars there's only very few spirits to chose from, if wanted something different there's €5 charge for each spirit, which was new and unusual to us. Oh yeah, coffee is free from the machines which usually had a problems(no milk, overheating, overpooring..) , if wanted proper espresso there's €2 charge. And finally majorly advertised sauna, hot tub And massages! It's not inclusive in the hotel price, massages are something like €180, but as been told we will make you discount and do it for 130 :))) no thank you :))

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. My husband and I relaxed, whilst our daughter loved the water slides, swimming pools and beach. I would on highly recommend it for family holidays, but probably not a first choice for those who do not have kids in tow. The staff were highly efficient and friendly on the whole. The staff at the mini club were very friendly and involved and always making sure the children were entertained and happy. We arrived at the hotel before check in time, but were checked in with a smile and allowed to use all facilities until our room was ready. Yes, the food is repetitive like at all resorts of this type, but perfectly adequate and of. A good standard. Our only compliant in the main restaurant is that cutlery an plates are whipped away extremely quickly if you pause while eating... Our room probably had the best view in the whole hotel and was comfortable. It was in the email hotel block, so unable to comment on garden rooms. Unfortunately it was noisy when there was a disco at the wine bar ( not every night luckily). For those looking for an authentic Greek cultural holiday, this hotel is probably not for you. But if you want to relax while your kids have fun, this is a great choice on the beach, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and right on the bus route to Heraklion town.

We booked two weeks in mid august 2015 for two adults and a five year old child for £1530 so I can't complain. It's a four star, which if you are familiar with how a hotel gets its stars it's right for this hotel. Entertainment (animation) staff are excellent, the restaurant staff and room staff are also good. Cleanliness of the hotel is fantastic and the manager keeps a keen eye on this. The accommodation is up ok but despite reports of it being recently renovated is still out of date and not all that good. I did have a family room booked but opted to be in the main block as i heard it was newer. We did also view the family rooms but decided not take one despite paying for one as they were even more out of date. Food is ok but not but ranks as average. I have worse and better at his class of hotel. Over all we all we enjoyed our stay. We hung out at the slide pool most days as the beach as annexed early on by the Russian guests who quickly laid claim the the area around the main swimming pool. The staff are what makes this hotel and I would recommend it for a families as a great place to go. The local area is boring but a bus ride away is Heraklion and recommended day trip is to Santorini. Enjoy
