Great customer service

It’s a lovely Hotel in a beautiful renovated 17c building that were formerly 3 homes! The staff was attentive and friendly and helpful. The room we had was comfortable and nicely decorated with a nice bathroom and great shower! The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was top notch! Would definitely stay there again when we return to Cartagena.
