The hotel is beautiful I just wish they had a pool

We went to a concert at the Indiana Pacers Stadium, which was right across the street, a 3-5 minute walk, great location.

We were in Indianapolis to celebrate my daughter's graduation and made reservations at the attached restaurant for dinner. Thought it would be very convenient for my 83 year old parents to be right upatairs. It's a Marriott BonVoy property which is usually an excellent pick. NOT THIS TIME. To call the hotel tired is an understatement. The carpet in the hallways was buckled all the way down the hall. Their handicap accessible rooms are 2/3 of the way down a very long hall, very far from the elevator.

Stayed there before and always a great experience

It was great. Just be aware that if you have a lot of luggage, there may be some delay in getting it downstairs when you check out. Of course, they are always busy. I am certain around checkout time. Just be aware of this possibility and plan ahead if necessary.

One of the best boutique hotels, very nice art and decor, clean and spacious room, and in a very walkable location in downtown Indianapolis.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Furniture could have been a little nicer for the price. Didn’t like how the light had to be turned off and on individually.

What a great hotel. It was clean and the hotel inside was quiet. The noise on the street once in a while could be heard. But that was expected and didn't diminish the great hotel. Our room was ready when we checked in early. And all the staff was very friendly. It was with walking distance of several venues including restaurants. Next time I'm in Indianapolis I know what hotel I want to stay at.

Always like the Alexander. Had a parking issue but they resolved it quickly. Convienant location

Elevators went out on Friday night thru Saturday. Coffee maker exploded and had to clean the walls, door, and floor. Receptionist did not have luggage tags after check-out for later pick-up.

The property is very nice and super convenient. Close to great eating spots and the Fieldhouse. Parking is not included though and costs 45 a night. That was unexpected and added about 100 to our stay.

Loudest hotel I have stayed in Indy. Whoever was above was so loud we thought they were either having a medical emergency or domestic violence situation. You get all the amenities of a 4 star hotel with the noise level of Motel 6. Also exterior rooms are facing the street, so you'll be serondade by loud exhaust and squilling tires all night. Valet staff was great and highlight of the stay.
