The room smells like a toeilet! The hotel looks quite brand new but there is issue with toeilet smell. Very small room and no parking available! I DO NOT recommend this hotel

Loved the breakfast, really great options, above and beyond. Staff courteous and helpful without being overly warm and welcoming. The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. The room was spacious with a good view and amenities, loved the little coffee machine.The area itself is very lively with lots to see and do within an easy walk of the hotel.

HB Aosta is a great little hotel. The staff are really helpful and nice. We also have bikes with us, and they let us store the bikes in the garage. The breakfast is great as well!

Great hotel right in the middle of the village, convenient to walk into the town center and less than 10 minutes by car from the ski station.

I had read some reviews saying the property seemed a bit tired, but we didn't experience that at all. We arrived by train and walked to the hotel, about a 10-15 min walk. We're not young anymore, but had no problem with it. We booked the smallest room for just one night and found it perfectly fine. Clean, very quiet, great view of the mountains, good breakfast, very friendly and accomodating staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice small hotel on the edge of the town centre. Secure car parking on site and good breakfast.

This hotel is located in a great location right on the edge of the entrance to the old town. There is a good breakfast spread with many options. We got a three person room and the room was pretty large and fit us three but the pull out sofa wasn’t the most comfortable. Mattress was okay. The cleaning before entering the room could have been better. Found stray hairs of previous person in bathroom and on the floor. Sheets had a few stains on them. There is only a shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo that I am never a fan of. Plus there is no shower head, only something you hold. In regards to parking, we needed to pay for it which was annoying though not too expensive (I think it was 10 EU a night) and the spa is not free! Even as hotel guests we were expect to pay 20 EU per person. This felt ridiculous to me and a major downside for this hotel. I think if I were to stay in Aosta I would look for better accommodation.

Very nice hotel, very well located and amazing breakfast.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is slap bang in the middle of town, has private parking for €8 a night. The room is good, clean and functional with a big comfortable bed. The shower is good. Breakfast is served to the table and you need to order it the night before, not everything that we ordered was served and the waitress was on the unfriendly side but the reception staff were super. The view from the room is breathtaking.

Wonderful! The staff were kind and accommodating, the hotel was clean and in a perfect area for being downtown and also close to the PILA lift for skiing. New spa was cute and the robes were waiting for us in our rooms before our appointments.
