Amazing hotel. Great location and facilities. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Highly recommended to anyone going to Ilhabela.

The positive points of this Hotel were the friendliness, breakfast and cleanliness. I had high expectations for this hotel, but the view from my room was very disappointing. The bathroom was very poorly decorated. For the price charged, it should be improved. Would not recommend to a friend.

The hotel is wonderful, with a really Nice ocean View From everywhere . Food is great and inexpensive. The vibe is family oriented but they also have some spots for couples ... and the staff is awesome. You only have a problem in Ilhabela that affects all properties in the island, the mosquitoes. You need tons of repellent and still does not work ... the local repellent made of lemon is stronger but you need to pass it every hour.

The property is located in a beautifully manicured lush semi-tropical landscape. The structures appear to be actually built around the large natural boulders. The rooms, however, are rather tastelessly decorated with cheap shelving rather than drawers to store your clothing, mismatched tile, etc.

This hotel is amazing. Great location, great service and facilities. Excellent restaurant. The pool has nice warm water which is great because the weather in Ilhabela can be fickle. The gardens are beautiful and make you feel you are in the rain forest. They helped with tours, places to go, everything. The room is dark enough for a good night's sleep. Great internet, I had to work during my stay and was really impressed with how fast and efficient it was. Thanks for everything!

Fantastic

What a lovely place. I took my family here for a great family reunion. The kids loved the swimming pool and beach, the adults enjoyed the restaurant and the wet bar. The food is amazing here. Staff are friendly and always there for you.

The only problem I had was reducing my stay from 3 days to two. I booked through Expedia and it was extremely difficult to change my reservation, which cost me a night stay. By the time I got through the difficult channels to change the reservation, I was 20 minutes past the deadline (the hotel is 2 hours earlier than eastern time) and the hotel would not waive the cost of the 3rd night. Otherwise, the hotel is charming and the staff is extremely courteous.

My fiancé and I stayed there for two nights and loved it: the hotel buildings look nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool area and restaurant lovely. Would definitely recommend it!

Hotel maravilhoso, equipe de limpeza e recepção maravilhosos. Lugar incrível, restaurante e café da manhã excepcionais. Tudo perfeito. De frente para a praia, estacionamento muito bom. Recomendo pois voltarei. O único problema são os borrachudos na ilha mas nada que um bom repelente não resolva.

Hospedagem incrível! Quarto muito bem arrumado, limpo e cheiroso. Equipe muito simpática, recepcionistas atenciosos, especialmente o rapaz que fica durante o dia. Conhece bem a ilha e passa boas informações sobre as praias e cachoeiras. Pessoal do café da manhã muito atencioso também, sempre buscando agradar! Faziam suco verde especialmente para mim todas as manhãs. Não poderia esquecer do pessoal da piscina, que fizeram um drink fora do cardápio, coquetel de frutas, o qual ficou excelente. Voltarei mais vezes!

Foi uma surpresa pra nos o ótimo atendimento que tivemos na recepção, na piscina, no restaurante, na camareira. Com certeza vamos voltar. Adorei a piscina aquecida, com isso é possível vir no inverno também.
