Filthy carpet in my room. Swimming pool out of service

Clean rooms, very nice staff and location was great.

Felt safe but no free breakfast, no free coffee and carpet looked so dirty and old.

Excellent service. I stayed with my family for a weekend and enjoyed our stay there.

Solo necesitaba la estadía de una noche para poder estar a tiempo a mi cita muy temprano en el Hospital Angeles. Necesitaba un lugar cómodo, limpio y económico con servicios un poco más que básicos para pasar la noche y este hotel cumplió bien con mis expectativas. Me imagino que de Jueves a Domingo deben de tener muchas quejas por ruido porque hay dos bares uno de ellos vecino pared con pared y el otro a menos de cincuenta metros. Yo estuve la noche de Martes y no tuve ese problema. Otra área que fué una preocupación para mí fué el estacionamiento, el cual sentí muy expuesto. Sería muy bueno si pueden poner una barrera de setos o algo parecido entre el estacionamiento y la calle.

Old carpet in the hotel. And the rooms poor tv very old. Noisy

Modern building, room was clean, bed was comfortable, about a 5 minute drive to downtown. Not too many options for dining in area. Parking is free.

I reserved a king bed, was very important because I have a baby, when arrive they said we do not have a king bed for you, I asked them to help me, it took 20 min to give a room with king bed, they had the room all the time! my kid was crying because was late, they even offer me a Moises for my 2 yr old kid!!? come on! in the morning they turned off the AC, before you check out.

The worst service in reception area. No bell boys, no information about the parking lot close.

Very nice and attentive staff. Comfy beds.

It was close proximity to dining places the hospital, shopping bakery you name it

Staff was just Ok. Property shares the parking with some stores.
