This was a wonderful hotel. First points, it is a 3 minute walk from the Klosters Dorf train station. There aren't many food places right there, but if you don't mind taking a bus, taking a cab, or walking 20-plus minutes, there are many things within range. If you are there for skiing, it is a 3 minute walk to the nearest gondola, and the skiing is wonderful. Oh, and the hotel has a ski room downstairs to store wet gear so that you don't have to fill your room with it. As for the hotel itself... the people were all very nice, the food was very good, and you could tell it was taken care of. There are no elevators, though, so just know that if you have any mobility issues to request a lower-floor room (and if you can't do stairs at all, you may need to look elsewhere). The rooms themselves were very nice (hot water, comfortable beds, clean rooms). One minor negative... you need to reserve dinner by 1630 at latest, or you won't be able to get in, so please know that.

A small and ultra-friendly team together with a comfortable, large and clean room make the Madrisa Lodge a great place to stay for a comparatively competitive price: in my experience similar locations in Klosters will typically charge higher rates. The location is perfect if you want to focus on the Madrisa mountain, Gotschna is an easy bus ride away

Great overnight stay as part of skiing holiday. Comfortable, relaxing and friendly.

A fantastic stay in a family hotel. Our family room on the third floor (#30) was perfect for our family of four. The kids had bunk beds in their own little room with their own sink and WC, and we had a spacious master. Nothing fancy, but everything was comfortable and cozy. The staff were absolutely wonderful— warm, inviting and kind. Getting to and from the lift to Klosters was a snap with the bus, and we even went into Klosters Platz again for dinner and walked home to burn off dinner (about 30 minutes with kids). Highly recommended all around.

Beautiful location in Swiss mountain village. Near an Italian restaurant which I highly recommend.

The property is very convenient to the Klosters-Dorf railway station, Madrisa gondola and has a regular bus service to Klosters-Platz (for lift to Parsenn ski area)

A last minute booking and a great hotel well located - 300 metres from Madrisa Bubble lift, (one of photos is from our downward trip) 60 metres from bus to and from Klosters Platz and 100 metres from Klosters Dorf railway stop. Easily found, we parked right by door... excellent ski storage including heated boot storage. Breakfast typical buffet but sets you up for the day, we had balcony with great views - see pictures. Hope to be back again.

We had a great stay at the Madrisa Lodge. It is a very convenient place to stay if you're playing to go to the Madrisa ski area.

Saubere einfache Zimmer, super Früstücksbuffet. Sehr netter Empfang und Bedienung. Alles hier was es braucht. Gerne wieder.

Nous entendions dehors avec la fenêtre fermée. Donc pas bien insonorisé sinon bien dormi et la propreté rien à redire.

Le personnel est très disponible et très aidant. Noellia nous a aidé pour trouver un restaurant et nos activités. Le seul bémol est l’absence d’ascenseur et la difficulté d’avoir accès à un restaurant à proximité. La vue sur la montagne est sublime.

Zweckmässig und gut. Gutes Znacht und Zmorga. Gute Lage in der Nähe de bahnhofs.

Eine Woche in der Schweiz - erschwinglicher als gedacht! Nach freundlichem Empfang (Welcome Drink inklusive) bezogen wir unser geräumiges Zimmer. Fenster bergauf und Balkon Richtung Tal. Ganz leise war es nicht, da einerseits die Fahrzeuge auf der Durchgangsstraße ihren Beitrag leisteten und andererseits der Bahnhof auf der Balkonseite lag. Wir hatten etwas Pech, da man gerade dabei war, den Bahnhof umzubauen und fast die ganze Nacht gearbeitet wurde. Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen war das Zimmer angenehm temperiert. Das Frühstück war absolut ok. Einzig ein paar Gurkenscheiben oder Tomaten lagen nicht aus. Sonst war alles reichlich da. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren mir den Gerichten sehr zufrieden - sowohl bezüglich der Menge, als auch des Geschmacks. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und wenn es mal länger gedauert hat gab es ein Getränk auf´s Haus. Alles Gründe wiederzukommen. Die Seilbahn zur Madrisa-Alm ist zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt, auch die Seilbrücke am nahegelegenen Bach mit Wasserfall ist eine kleine Abendrunde wert. Durch gute Anbindung mit Bus und Bahn kommt man schnell zu den anderen Orten in der Nähe.
