Lovely little place. Great value for what you get. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy. The pool is deep enough to dive in on one end and has a little bar next to it. Short drive into town, but you wouldn't want to walk it as the hill is very steep

Retreat out in the woods. Dogs left to roam so, if you're not a fan of dogs, could be wise to avoid. Extra star to service with the extra cuddly cat. But in general, it's glory days are long behind it and it's in desperate needs of a renovation. Specific to our room is the broken mosquito net and we now have an army of them between the door and net. Mattress you can feel every spring, shower head needs replacing or descaling, toilet seat falling off. We ate dinner here also, food reminded me of 'classic' UK dining... A salad of some thicker chunks of iceburg lettuce and red cabbage, duck overcooked, and overcooked pasta. Finished with strawberries in some weird red liquid. Very interesting. Breakfast best described as sparse. You will get a Nespresso made cappuccino though which I'm sure most Italians would be ashamed of.

We enjoyed with our family a 2 night stay. We were there to see the villa and the temples at Agrigento. Its beautiful located. We had a very nice family room. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. lovely view of the town Piazza Armerina. We also had diner there 1 night which was very (very!) nice. Home cooked and delightful. Only thing was it was very generous, so we could not finish it all. Breakfast was good. nice items to choose from, good coffee and homemade sweets. We can recommend!

Nice place secluded within the mountains. Owner very nice and helpful. Rooms are nice but bathrooms need an upgrade. Food is very good and breakfast is normal. Would not mind coming again with my wife for a quiet relaxing holiday.

It's a great place to relax in the woods and hills near the town of Piazza Ameriana. The hotel is quite spacious with extra residential buildings, a banquet hall, a wedding chapel, and a swimming pool. Breakfast is served in the banquet hall, and one can sign up for a pris fixe dinner if one doesn't want to drive out of the woods into the densely built-up town with its very narrow alleys and limited parking. The multi-course dinner served at the hotel is very good indeed. The proprietors are very friendly, and the dogs and the cat add to the country estate appeal of the place. I liked it very much and would have stayed an extra night if I could have.
