Stayed 1 night but the hotel cut off water for more than 12 hours. When asked, there was no exact time to notify the guest. Asking me to use spring water to clean myself, how can I stand it? The hotel is more expensive than other hotels in the same area, but by 7-8 o'clock at night there is no staff at the reception. There is no house in the whole area that has had water cut off except this hotel. Complaining for a refund because the experience was so bad but the hotel kept pushing me over and over again, it was really boring.

The 2nd time I've been here. It's disappointing that Water in bathroom is really weak. I booked a room with higher price than the first time I came but I absolutely feel bad. There is only 1 shower in bathroom, looks old, the water sometimes flows and sometimes didn't.

The system of hot and cold toothpicks and hygiene is not integrated, so the hot and cold water is erratic, making the toothpick uncomfortable. The outside bathroom glass does not look good. Breakfast is too simple and poor, she is not western style. Apart from the above problems, everything is ok

Nice room, clean. Very quiet! The flowers and leaves are very beautiful! Looking very fond! Generally there is a certain occasion that will come back.

If you like river, garden and peace, this will a choice for you. I think the River View Room or Lake View Room is nice view than Deluxe River View, Deluxe River View are far and look sad. Staff is friendly. Food only ok. I will be back to retreat soon
