Auntie does not have to wipe herself, the room is very old, the air conditioner is not cold. Overall, it's pretty bad.

Actually, the staff is friendly, but the room quality is super bad. Dirty towel, bed sheet, cracked wall, broken door knob, rusty bidet etc and even someone could open the door at night while I was going to sleep. Luckily, I set the door's safety latch. It was the most terrible hotel in which I stayed so far. Cheap but very bad quality and safety issue with the door access.

Best people and clean room nice location.

The room is old, smelly, very scary. Check in as soon as you see the room, you need to check out.

Overall, the accommodation is very ok. I like the smell in the hotel, very fragrant, just walk in, but should improve the electrical appliances, some lights do not turn on. Hair dryer doesn't work. And like that the service staff is very nice, if there is a chance to stay again for sure

The room was look exactly the same to the pictures. Super cleaned and convenient. The receptionist was extremely warm and kind! Everyone is friendly and helpful since this is my first trip to Bangkok. The location also easy to find and nearby to the BTS station. I would love to stay with them when I am coming back soon na ka! ♥️

one star hotel. This hotel is located under highway. you will so weird. please prepare for your toothbrush, toothpaste. they won't provide to you. but they have a small shuttle car to drop you at BTS.

Clean, inexpensive. Reception was good. Service was excellent. In the middle BTS On Nut / BTS Phra Khanong Go anywhere very convenient

staff was really nice and helpful. free buggy service around the area was available but we didn't know till the day before we left which was disappointing. besides that I like this hotel, close to OnNut BTS.. not too far from the city centre and I also realise that they are upgrading rooms one at a time. like how it should be. this is good and it also shows that the hotel takes pride in doing their best in maintaining the building.

the location is a bit hidden in the corner, below the express way and next to bus terminal. however, when we go opposite direction, can find lots of nice stuffs: Tesco Lotus supermarket, 7/11, and local food-court.

Quiet, good airconditioning, nice hot shower. Cleaning services did not disturb us when we were in the room.They did their job after we left for lunch. Thank you.

Not enough parking, it's 6 o'clock in the morning that the phone was ranging to wake us up for moving the car.

(+) really worth it, real value for money. Can't complain. The room is quite spacious, there is a window. The bed is big. There are cabinets, coffee maker and basic amenities. The lobby is spacious, the staff is super helpful and nice (even helping negotiating a taxi / answering the driver grab). The TV has English cable / channels such as Vh1, Fox and HBO. (-) the location is rather difficult to find, many drivers grab / taxi do not know where the hotel is because beside the flyover. Feels like a rather old hotel but still comfortable. The room air conditioner is a bit cold. If you stay here it is recommended: bring your own soap / shampoo / toothbrush. Ride the BTS until on nut keeps walking. Bearable sidewalk for pulling luggage, even for medium suitcase. Eat by the street, there are so many who sell boxes all the way to BTS.
