Charming hosts, fantastic breakfasts and breakfast room where you can talk with others in a beautiful room . The hosts are warm and friendly and have good taste in music and hosting !

Lovely bed and breakfast about a 10 minute drive from Villa del Casale. Piazza Armerina is a lovely town with many dining and shopping options. Luciano is a delight—kind, funny, available when needed but otherwise gave us our space which we appreciated. He went above and beyond in providing us with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Such a lovely property, and we loved his adorable cat! The breakfast is out of this world—he’ll make you as many cappuccinos as you can stomach! Will definitely be back. Very cosy

This is a perfect little gem not far from the city. The breakfast was exceptional. The room quite spacious and the bathroom is renovated and clean. Would especially like to thank Luciano for his endless hospitality, friendly disposition and great breakfast conversations. I would definitely return to the lodging, and would strongly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hilltop villa for one night so that we could easily visit the nearby Villa Romana del Casale. Unfortunately, the weather had turned cold and rainy so we could not truly enjoy the beauty of the setting. However, we loved the villa, with its incredibly high ceilings and antique furnishings. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast generous, but most of all, we appreciated the warmth and kindness of our host, Luciano. We were especially tickled to learn that he, like us, is a runner--in fact, we learned that all three of us had run the Rome marathon in the same year! Highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable and this great family run hotel had everything we wanted. Breakfast was great, the views were beautiful. It is really well located for the major historical sites in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Luciano was nice and super accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at his B&B. He made sure breakfast is ready and there’s always bottled water and fruits available for guests snacks. The property has a beautiful view of the town right on the hills. Wonderful quiet at night. Highly recommended for stay at Piazza Armerina!

This was a very nice experience. The house is cozy (not luxurious but very comfortable), greatly located with a beautiful view on the town, and the service by the owner, Luciano, is professional & delightfully warm at the same time.

A beautiful view of the city of Piazza Armerina, and the owner and his wife couldn’t have been more charming. Delicious breakfast. One minor glitch was that the property did not seem to have a street number and was difficult for us to find but the owner readily available by phone and our search ended well

The host was lovely, and the view excellent! It is a close distance form the Roman Villa and the roman villa is well worth a visit.Our guide boos suggested that we get to the Roma Villa early in the day , long before the buses get there.That was such good advise! We were glad that we stayed so close. We packed our bags in the morning, and left them just inside the door of the in while we toured the mosaics, picked up our bags and went on with our trip.Again , well worth doing.

Great place. Parking available at the place. Amazing view from the terrace. Good shower with proper pressure. The aircon was not working properly. We've got a lot of mosquito bites during night so bring repellant. Breakfast table was amazing and host very friendly. Would totally recommend!
