Please allow us to explain further as follows: ✅ The child surcharge policy at the hotel is currently applied as follows: Children under 6 years old: free breakfast when sharing a bed with parents. Children from 6 to 10 years old: breakfast surcharge from 120,000/child/day. Children over 10 years old: considered as adults, surcharge from 350,000/child/day. This information has been fully updated on the hotel system, however, it may not be clearly displayed on the Traveloka interface, leading to unfortunate misunderstandings during the booking process. We hope you sympathize and contact the reception directly or via the hotel hotline if you need immediate support during your stay, so that we can serve you better.
