Room service is awesome. Staff is good. Location wise also good. Parking facility is good. Better to park front lot instead of inside hotel.

River view

Most of experience was nice and fine, except parking was uneasy and expensive, breakfast was not impressive.

Location, Location, Location! Walking distance to many restaurants -The Cheesecake Factory, a German Beer Hall ( among others) and a really fun bar/arcade called Pins. We had a beautiful view of the river. The free breakfast was varied and tasty. Will definitely stay here again!

The price was quite high for what you got at the HYATT House Pittsburgh. It was a holiday weekend but the price hike was excessive. We booked 4 people for a King Suite but there were only 3 sets of towels in the bathroom and NO Shower gel. You had to request maid service/towel exchange which (again) for the price paid should have been included. The staff was pretty minimal and tended to just disappear. People waiting for front desk help and for the bartender regularly. Breakfast was OK; very standard. Would not recommend for the price paid.

Great location. Was able to ride the Pogoh bicycle to and from museums in North shore due to the proximity to one of the stations. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Accessible room was well done. Need more railings in bathroom and extra trash cans.

Very clean and modern. Easy self parking at garage. Walkable to riverfront, shopping district across the strest. Loved the nearby restaurants, Hofbrauhaus German beer garden and NanXiang dumpling house with suthentic dimsums.

Very clean and spacious room. Neat area. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within a walk or drive. Easy to access from highways. Would highly recommend!

When I was there May 24 The manager from 3-11 that day was very rude & ignorant!

Pleasant front desk staff

Clean and comfy room. Prepare to pay $30 per night for parking. Plenty of activities within walking distance. Great breakfast.

The pool was closed and no one informed of us of that. No one informed me that we would be charged $20.00 a day for parking for a parking lot that is part of the hotel. The walls in our room were flithy. The foor felt very slimy. They told me i was getting an upgraded room which actually had two smaller beds then what i had booked

Great stay, no complaints at all. Keep up the great work. One thing though, the bar should be open later than 10 pm.

Very convenient on where we were staying and nice view right on the river.

Property was clean and easy to get to. Buffet staff grumpy. Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. You can hear the train at night.

Overall nice place. Good location. It was weird that the closet in our room was in the bathroom. It made a large room feel very small. For 2 of us to get ready we both had to continually be in the bathroom. No mirrors outside the bathroom at all.
