Nice hotel

This was our first trip to this hotel and we had a very good experience. The staff was attentive and cordial, the hotel was clean and the price was right.

We have stayed here many times. The rooms are secure and clean. The breakfast includes an array of delicious food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. However, the pool is an outdoor pool, located in full view of a conference area (which were going on for most of our stay). There is also a "hot" tub, but it is only heated by the sun (during the day), so there really isn't one. Also, the hotel has plenty of placards stating that they're eco-friendly - to please leave towels on the racks and they won't change them, etc, but despite me leaving them on the racks, they changed them (and the sheets). Then the following day I left a message for housekeeping to NOT change sheets and towels, and they still changed them. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel a few blocks from a main thoroughfare with plenty of shops and restaurants. Just know that your sheets and towels will be changed regardless of what any sign says.

Cockroaches all over the room. I’ve never experienced anything like that although I’ve stayed in many places all around the world. Cockroach was even on the pillow my daughter slept on.

I stayed at this property when it was The Park Inn by Radisson. It is a very clean, safe hotel. The staff is personable, and I don't recommend walking from downtown after dark.

Hotel is excellent with friendly service from all staff members. On-site restaurant is a good alternative to eating out. Food quality was acceptable.

Overall I would say the hotel is comfortable but pretty basic for the price. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean but frill free. Breakfast was a little lacking. It's about 20mins from airport by taxi.

Great hotel in San Jose for an overnight stay before our domestic flight to tortuguero - didn’t have chance to use the pool but great additional facility

Modern and still undergoing some refurb. Rooms are modern and spacious but the aircon is loud and has a bright LED screen. Not being able to flush the toilet paper is interesting to say the least.

This was a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. I am an English speaker and the staff made every effort to make me feel welcomed. They serve a hearty breakfast.

A relaxing an enjoyable stay at the Park Inn. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and very clean (cleaned every day). The hotel had a nice swimming pool area and gym which I used each day. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast provided by the hotel was nice but not a lot of variety (I had breakfast 5 days). A ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings and the food was very nice. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Getting picked up at the airport was a very nice service. The room was nice but there was no hot water for shower or sink and after a long travel day I needed a hot shower.

Perfect location, clean and friendly customer service. Breakfast was always delicious and it is in walking distance to everything
