Excellent breakfast fresh squeezed orange juice only normally now found on the upper end of the scale. Parking secure although not in the garage. Can be tight getting in but very beneficial. Staff very friendly and helpful. No amenities in our room but may be in more expensive rooms although a bottle of water would be good. Only one pillow but again may have got another if I’d asked. Good value for central location

The room was basic but clean. It was a simple over night stop whilst driving south. We didn’t need anything flash so took one of the cheaper rooms. We had no view, looked out onto a wall but the room was clean Breakfast for 11.50 was ample- plenty of choice One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was the parking. Cost 10€ but it was secure. Be prepared to leave your keys with reception because the car park is a court yard so they move your car when you have blocked somebody in Great location in the city centre, lots of eateries ok the doorstep and such beautiful buildings and streets to explore

Charming hotel a few seconds walk into town. We enjoyed this quirky & beautiful hotel, with a lovely buffet breakfast including a freshly pressed orange juice machine. It has secured parking and friendly staff. bad bits… When you flush the toilet, things seem to rise quite high before they flow down. So don't panic & dont double flush or you may have a problem. We would stay again and good value. Thank you

Quirky hotel in an historic building. Welcoming to pets and people! We loved it.

We arrived late in the evening and required parking, all sorted very quickly. Staff great, hotel was a lovely quirky old building in a beautiful part of the town centre. Beds very comfortable. Would have liked a kettle in the room. Breakfast simple but great, just what we needed before a long drive.

Parking was really good and secure. Breakfast I had to ask for top up as things ran out way before breakfast was finished (45 mins before)

I booked due the central location of the hotel and because off street parking was available. Unfortunately though our room was ground floor next to a very noisy street. Initially we thought it would be OK but as we found out Troyes is very busy and lively of an evening. This has to be the noisiest hotel room I've ever stayed in as the walls were thin meaning we could hear other guests, cars, people and music from a near by bar until 3am. The hotel is in need of a refurb. Great location but wouldn't stay again.

What a wonderful little hotel! So pretty and characterful. It's in a fabulous location in the city centre, right next to restaurants, brasseries and bistrots, and only a few minutes walk from the cathedral, canal and museum. The staff were lovely and so helpful (special thanks to the gentleman who warmly welcomed us on the evening off 26/08). The hotel has nice common spaces including a little bar and a pool table, and its own parking which is handy. Nice décor too. A little gem in a beautiful, vibrant city that was buzzing a night. We are definitely going back!

Traditional building of Troyes so came with all the quirks. Unfortunately street facing rooms resulted in noisy night. Staff friendly.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast! Rooms are basic but generally clean. Very old building with lots of quirks and charms. Would stay again for a cheap central location for visiting Troyers

Very nice staff. In the last minute I realized I made a mistake on the reservation day and they were able to change the arrangement very nicely and no cost. We loved the breakfast with all regional products. If we come back to Troyes I’m sure to know where to stay
