The hotel staff are young and kind, but the location is quite far from the station. If you want to buy a train ticket early in the morning, you have to walk. There is no solution from the hotel. The private onsen costs 4,000 yen per 50 minutes. It is too expensive. The room is small and dark. There is no vanity mirror.

good location nearby Lake Kawaguchi, easy to reach from the station (you can either walk around 15 minutes or rent bicycles), we tried the private onsen, overall above expectation

Not able to see Fuji Mountain since the weather not good, and the bath tub, smaller than it looks at photo.
