The property overall was great. The property has security cameras and a security system. We stayed on the first floor and at night it was a bit noisy due to the elevator being right next to the room. That didn't bother us but I can see how that might be an issue for some. Because we came in January, it was cold in Barcelona and the property had no heating. It got quite cold in the property but as long as you have warm clothes, you should be fine. The shower has hot water but it does run out quite quickly so we had to take fast showers. The mattresses were very hard and stiff. It was not comfortable at all. The pillows were very thin and flat. We stayed there for 3 nights and every morning we woke up with our backs hurting. Our kids had a hard time too. Besides that, the staff was extremely friendly and we felt very safe in the property. The Japanese restaurant “Nami” was a few stores down and it was really good food! The Sagrada Familia, the beach, and the Barcelona Cathedral were all within walking distance between 10-30 minutes. We didn't utilize public transport all that much so I’m unable to comment on that. We walked everywhere and I felt like this location was a good location!

Check in was a nightmare, unable to check in despite numerous calls. The emailed check in codes were all incorrect for the door and lockbox. I was even there during office hours and they told me since room was not ready to come back later after my tour was done and that the key will be awaiting me in the lockbox. I came back and code was incorrect. Made 5 calls over several hours at night and still no help only on hold. Finally got it to work after midnight already.

Location was good, the apartment that we staid was on the first floor and you could hear every one coming in and out, the air conditioning didn’t work, washing machine leaked and the toilet as well .

Great place for a short stay in Barcelona! Location is perfect for all attractions, close to the beach. Better value and comfort than hotels in the area.Would 100% recommend.

The location of the apartments were perfect for us.

Very convenient location. Short walk to the beach and a view of The Familia Sagrada Church from our balcony and an easy walk. Basic facilities but clean and comfortable - would recommend. On our checkout day we were allowed to leave our luggage until later.

The apartment is really comfortable, plenty of room but it is starting to show some age, for example the slats in one of the beds were bent and out of place and the dryer did not work, some minor details though. The availability of parking was very convenient

The apartment was really clean and tidy. The beds were comfy. There was a washer if you needed. Reception was close by and our room had its own lift which was great not that we needed it. I think that more toiletries would be nice as there was no shower gel. Also the terrace had a sofa for 3 when there were four of us and it was a very small sofa. Some extra furniture would have been nice. I would definitely stay again. Prince de la turc restaurant downstairs is brill. Good food and cheap drinks and foods. 5 mins walk away is double the price. Be sure to go inside as its a hidden gem, looks small from outside but three different areas inside. Close to beach but don't drink in those bars, £18 for 4 halves of lager..... Nice convenient area, not much nightlife without walking into city but for us we were happy with Prince de la turc downstairs. Really close to zoo and Cascada Monumental which is absolutely stunning.

Great apartment, basic amenities but spotless- washing machine useful if lengthy stay. Check in was easy and room ready early which was great. Short walk to beach, and Port Olimpic tour bus stops

The property is in a great location, within 15 mins of the marina/beaches and 10 mins from the park and zoo. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, a 24hr shop next door and a decent sized supermarket across the road. The Metro stop is a 10 min walk away and only 2 stops from the city centre. You can also see the Sagrada Familia from the road. The airport misplaced our pushchair and the office staff were extremely helpful in getting us a hired replacement. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was a decent size for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay again.

Most comfortable beds on our trip. Room darken curtains too. Clean and very comfortable. Easy late night check in.

Very clean unit. Walked everywhere. Check in staff was excellent sharing map of city with suggestions. Beds were very comfortable. Down side is the front bedroom with single twin is very noisy. You hear all street noise from busy street and all noise from adjoining unit and people on street. Back bedroom with double twin beds very quite. Also coffee maker did not work and reported early Saturday morning. We never received a replacement so the coffee we purchased went to waste. This is the reason for low service rating.

Check in was simple but the office is only open mon - fri 9-6 so if you arrive any other time its self check in. Great fully equipped apartment it has all you need for a self catering stay. Supermarket across rd but also many bars and restaurants nearby. It is Close to bogotel and marina metro stations but may places such as LA rambla, sagrada familia, and the beach are walkable. Only saw staff at check in but the Lady was very helpful.

The worst apartment I have ever stayed in. I live in Europe and have travelled to many hotels in different European countries. Never had I have to take cold showers. I mean hot water should be a given for a hotel right? Apparently not for this one. I read their excuse saying that they have solar panels and that is how they warm their water. Guess what i live in southern Spain and have solar panels for water heating but in winter i have to use the back up electric water burner because Even though though there is some sun/daylight it's not enough for hot showers for my family. I can't believe this hotel does not realize this and instead puts their customers through cold water in the fall/winter. The tv also didn't work and the apartment next to ours would make loud noises through the whole night. I called maintenance for the problems with the water and the tv not working throughout my whole stay but nothing got done. I went down to reception and personally talked with the receptionist and she said she would send someone but yet no one came. Please heed my warning and think twice before staying in these apartments.
