Chambre très propre. Personnel extrêmement serviable et sympathique, mention spéciale au jeune homme de l'après-midi et du soir.

Très bonne nuit, chambre propre et agréable . Petit déjeuner bien garni, varié et en bonne quantité. Petit bémol sur la douche qui n’avait pas beaucoup de débit d’eau, ce qui a été signalé à la réception. Et le voisin d’en face de notre chambre a des coqs… qui chantent à 5h du matin, mais ça l’hôtel n’y peut rien.

Simple et efficace avec un personnel sympathique

Excellent service surtout de la part du monsieur de la réception qui a travaillé la matin et qui assuré le service de petit déjeuner. Il était d'une gentillesse enouie. Bravo et merci

Lovely staff. No deposit demanded unlike other hotels. Clean spacious room. Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Simple but very nice and tasty breakfast choices. Make your own orange juice with fresh oranges. Plenty free parking

Great hotel next to the peripherique just a short distance to Toulouse. Very quiet location despite being close to main roads. Restaurants are available within a few minutes drive.

On ne peut pas dire que le quartier fasse rêver mais c'est pratique . par contre le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare et cela donne envie de revenir

On est au petit soin avec vous, il y a un parking très accessible (dommage que les places soient étroites) mais il y a assez de places. Le personnel du ménage est très efficace et surtout très gentil.

Rien a redire sur le personnel qui est au top, aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au resto (du moins qui s'occupe des plateaux repas et petit dej) mais même si la chambre es très confortable et propre, odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bains, toilettes très mal placées (contre le mur et derrière la porte), évitez les chambres qui donnent sur le parking (bruyant avec le rond point et la rocade)

Satisfaisant pour une nuit. Aujourd'hui problème de ballon d'eau chaude. Donc pas où peu d'eau chaude et pas de pression. Par contre pas prévenu, mis devant le fait à l'arrivée à 21h30. Dommage du coup plus d'alternative. Personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable.

Modern hotel in convenient location when passing through Toulouse. Bright cheerful rooms. Good choice of breakfast. Only downside that rooms are noisy due to proximity of main road on flyover.

Good stay, clean and comfortable

Shower did not have any way to prevent water from getting onto the floor. A shower curtain would be very helpful

What a comfortable, and huge, double bed! It seemed almost brand new and gave my wife and I a very good sleep. On the negative side, as we arrived late, around 11pm, in the middle of a thunderstorm, it was upsetting for me not to be able to find any car parking spaces left, on my first visit to Toulouse in a rental car. In the end, I had to park in the shopping area opposite, and when we were about to drive off at 9.30am the next morning, the shop proprieteur was quite annoyed and mentioned that she was just about to call the police to fine us for parking overnight there. I explained that the hotel receptionist on duty the previous night, at 11p, suggested it was no problem to park there, but the proprieteur was not happy about that.

LOUSY BREAKFAST,ROOM NOT CLEANED NEXT DAY,,VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND HOTEL,ITS ON AN INDUSTRIAL ESTATE,BUILDING WORK ONGOING,,AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

The only negatives on this property are location and size of the rooms. Excellent breakfast and staff.
