McD, Mannings, and Welcome nearby. 5 mins to Kings Wing Plaza 1 and 2 for culinary adventure. Service: Marriott standardized SLA which is one of the top-tier hotel chain. Value: We are a family of three and we spent 3 nights with good night sleep, big window facing mountain, river, and city view. My wife was happy and my daughter was even happier. 13 Apr unfriendly staff especially at concierge (one man) and Ms. Bertha at receptionist. They might be not being trained to be nice and friendly. The gesture and words are not nice at all. We stay from 09-13 Apr for 5 rooms and one of them really bad smoking smell (910) and at midnigut we requested for changed to 1810. And one indian guy at 09 Apr talking loudly on the speaker with his wife and daughter and walk back and forth on the alley at 1 am and disturbed us. Never want to stay at this unfriendly hotel.

On 13 Apr concierge staff a man really not friendly, receptionist name bertha even worse. She said she doesn't have hand when we told her better to put out stuffs together. Don't ever stay at unfriendly staff hotel like this. When we arrived at 09 April, we booked 5 rooms and one of them is really bad smoking smell even this hotel is non smoking one.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, dekat stasiun MTR (kereta listrik), dekat dengan pemberhentian bis umum. Dekat dengan pusat makanan, walaupun agak sulit juga mencari makanan yang umum orang Indonesia makan dan juga sulit berkomunikasi dengan pelayan-pelayan restorannya. Hotelnya nyaman dan enak untuk beristirahat, bersih. Jalanan raya-nya tidak ramai. Udara di sekitar-nya jadi cukup bersih. Agak sulit berkomunikasi dengan karyawan hotel khususnya dengan room boy, room service karena hampir tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris. Tapi secara keseluruhan hotel ini cukup layak untuk menginap.

Hotel bagus dan bersih. Staff kurang ramah. Toilet umum lobby ditutup.

The reception staff are really friendly but other staff are not. Disappointed. The room is not bad. It's clean and bigger than others. But the location is too far from the city and it's little bit difficult to use the shuttle bus.
