Not good

Pleasant stay, lovely grounds and a lovely atmosphere and grounds (lively bar scene for the 50+). Bed wasn't very comfortable. No real complaints though. I would stay again.

The room was a little small, but the location of the hotel is perfect.

This place just caters to large tour groups with lots of planned and loud acttivities (guys with loud-speakers for group games and the like). Room was spartan, no hand-towels, no tissues, a small piece of soap. Nice location, swimming pool nice, dinner food pleasant. NO WIFI in rooms.

We were very satisfied in all aspects. Friendly staff. Quiet spacious clean rooms.

Close to Ajaccio airport on our way out of Corsica. The rooms spacious and basic, no luxury at all. Staff is friendly but not very tech savvy, it took them 10 minutes to find my reservation! Just spend 6 hours at the hotel before the flight next morning.

We arrived May 24, 2018 and were assigned a minuscule room with twin beds. Not the superior room with double bed we had booked. The manager said ALL the rooms were identical. We were sent to look at 2 other identically small rooms. We told her that on May 17-19, 2018 we stayed in the same hotel and had the same booking and were assigned a much larger room and bathroom so we knew all rooms were not the same size. She continued to lie saying that there might be a room slightly larger. I told her the room we had a few days before was twice the size of the one we were being assigned now. She dismissed us with “there is nothing else available”. Her attitude was basically “whatever you paid for, this is what you get”. I am French and this was not a breakdown in communication between people speaking a different language. She was rude and a liar. Getting into bed I noticed the blanket had obvious stains that would have come out had it been washed. The free wifi was only available in the lobby and in the bar and the signal very weak. We booked one room and received another. The manager was rude. The blanket dirty. The wifi barely accessible. I would tell everyone “stay away”.

I called from the US to ask about the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel (which you pay for) and they had a hard time talking to me. The call was expensive and I didn't understand at the end what happened. I arrived to the airport and a very nice person in desk next to the one of Marina hotel (that was empty) called them and they told him that they don't have time to pick me up. I arrived at the hotel and one of the staff members was nice but other very rude. The language was a problem but mainly because this person prefer French or didn't like English, not sure about this. I reserved a shuttle to go back to the airport. I payed and later I had to modify the time. The person in the desk was super nice but then when he ask the other staff member she was very unhappy and saying things in French (what I understand even if I have a hard time speaking). So they reserve my new shuttle like 2 hours before of what I needed because there was no availability later. At the moment that I took the shuttle I realized that it is just a van from the hotel ride by one of the many staff members that they have. So availability is really up to them. The ride is around 10-15 minute so it is not that terrible for them offer a good service. A cab from the airport at night was around 50 euros so I am very unhappy with their answer of not picking me up (obviously not even for free) because there was not availability. I think that is a minimal service that they should offer (can be payed)

Great facilities, with good size swimming pool and very close private beach, great location near to night clubs, bars and restaurants.Inside activities office to plan tours and activities.

First, the good: the gardens and grounds are lovely, the pool is large, the property is right on the beach. However, the hotel does not provide beach towels. Nor do you get hand towels. There is no hair dryer. They provide 2 very tiny bars of soap and a tiny amount of shampoo. No conditioner. On our second day, we asked for more shampoo. The person at the desk said we only receive shampoo on the day we arrive. There is free wifi in public areas, but we could not log on for 2 days. The food was horrible. Breakfast consisted of uncooked scrambled eggs, one kind of tasteless cheese, and canned fruit. The bread was bad. There was dry cereal, but I don't need to go to a hotel to eat that for breakfast. We had a balcony with 2 chairs, but no table. We had to improvise our own table from a luggage rack. There was no fridge in the room, so we left our drinks and food in a refrigerator at the front desk. The bathroom had mold near the floor, and no bathtub. The toilet paper was the cheapest quality, and there were no tissues. There was no hot water kettle. We were given 2 plastic cups and nothing else to drink from. There is no way this place could rate its 3 stars. To be avoided unless you want to feel like you're in a bad summer camp from your childhood.

Grand complexe hôtelier bien situé restaurant buffet énorme mais un petit peu brouillon et bruyant

chambre jolie avec belle vue sur les palmiers, petite mais a un prix correct. Personnel tres a l'ecoute.lanpiscine avec vue mer est tres belle.le diner est d'un bon rapport qualitè prix mais quel gachi, comme tous les buffets bien sûr.

Site magnifique, très bon accueil, mais chambre qui pue l’humidité et difficile d’ouvrir pour aérer car envahi de moustiques

Dans un cadre agréable,avec une fantastique vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons vu que cet hôtel proposait l'accueil à l'aéroport,de nombreuses excursions,la pension complète. De par sa situation devant la plage, à deux pas de commerces, restaurants et surtout navette Maritime pour Ajaccio,cet hôtel est le lieu parfait pour quelqu'un voulant se reposer,ne pas être tributaire d'un véhicule tout en aillant accès à tout. Nous étudions la possibilité d'y revenir pour un plus long séjour.

hébergement parfait, manque juste un mini frigo dans les chambres. Sinon, tres bien

Generell war es ein gutes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Gastronomie. Mängel sind vor allem in der Zimmerausstattung gewesen. Die Zimmertür hatte einen Spalt zum Boden, sodass Flurgeräusche ständig, auch nachts, zu hören waren. Die Möblierung war spartanisch und entsprach nicht dem gebuchten Superior-Level. Speziell gab es nur eine Flurgarderobe anstatt eines Schrankes, nur einen Stuhl und einen heruntergekommenen Sessel, der die von uns nicht benötigte Aufbettung darstellte. Die Terrasse hatte nur 2 Stühle und keinen Tisch. Es gab kein internationales TV auf dem viel zu kleinen Fernseher (20" Diagonale). WLAN war im Zimmer praktisch nicht vorhanden.

Nous avons très mal dormi, nous avons été réveillé en pleine nuit à 3h30 du matin par une sirène qui en finissait plus et on a pas su pourquoi je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

hormis les déclenchements d'alarme incendie au milieu de la nuit (merci les fumeurs) l'hotel est super et bien placé à Porticcio : j'y reviendrai !

Tres bonne expérience, nouveaux pour moi les résidences club . Agréablement surprise
