Yes, everything was very good and the staff was very helpful They were always very helpful the massage steam room the sauna and the swimming pool was fantastic. It was great that that was on the complex. The room was very tidy and nice on the fourth floor overall very enjoyable and a very comfortable stay very friendly.

The trip was good! The smell of cigarette smoke was in the hall way most of the time. By the end of the second week it appeared to be better. The accommodation were nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was great a lot of variety, but the same every day for two weeks. Shorter stays it would have been an excellent buffet. Yes w would stay there again

Like: Proximity to the hospital (our reason for being there); clean except for the carpet in the room; room well furnished. Didn't like: Congested area, hardly any sidewalks; limited dining and entertainment; balcony has solid fence over a meter high, can't enjoy the view unless you stand; swimming pool & hot tub are placed behind the spa area! You need to walk through the spa corridors, dim lighting, and the pool itself has dim lights to feel as part of the spa, almost to discourage access by others.

It is in a centrally located area where you are both close to the bridge if you need to go to the European side, but also close to everything on the Asia side. For the price, it was worth it.

As usual, the best in its district for solo travellers and business people.

Nice hotel with good size rooms. Helpful staff. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the Capitol Shopping Mall which has everything that you may need. There are also local shops within 8-10 minutes walking distance and numerous eating places around the hotel, as well as a Metro station. The sea front with ferry terminals and Bosphorus is about a 25 minute walk.

I was electrocuted by the shaving mirror's light switch. It was awful. I could've died. The cleaner knew this was a problem when it was reported to her as a warning before she went into the room. Reception were useless. They accepted liability, they also know, and offered me a cup of coffee for my trouble. I am exploring options for the immense distress and psychological anguish I have suffered and the loss of my normal function in my right arm. Absolutely mad situation.
