Excellent breakfast, great location and well kept facilities.

Avoid this place! Hotel itself was ok, good location and ocean view rooms were actually nice but service ruined the whole experience. I made a reservation through hotels.com which showed check in time at 2PM and check out at noon. When I came to the front desk they told me I’m mistaken and those are not hotel rules. They can try to get me in at 3PM at the earliest and I have to leave at 11am. I showed them confirmation email and my reservation showing otherwise and the gentlemen helping me was extremely rude then another person who should never work in hospitality Ioanna Megri joined and made things even worst. The attitude, rudeness and cockiness were all over with language that leaves a lot to desire. She told me they never make mistakes here, I can get out and sleep on the street if I don’t like it. Started yelling and created very hostile environment. Then we just gave up and agreed to they’re messed up rules even tho confirmation said otherwise. When they learned that I’m staying in one queen size bed with my partner (we are gay) things has gotten even worst with even more attitude. Someone said that it’s a cultural thing so I tried to be understanding but when I extended my stay at the neighboring hotel Ibiscuc the service was truly excellent so if you want to make a choice avoid these people and go to Ibiscus Nextdoor for much better experience.

The Location was Perfect!! Across the street from a Great beach (get the sea view rooms, so worth it) & a close walk to ancient ruins. The rooms are all updated & beautiful. We also loved the big buffet breakfast which was a multi station affair including ding classic Greek, traditional British, lots of pastries es etc & nice coffee station. The pool was nice too. We loved it!

All the staff are lovely at the Mediterranean and all are professional and courteous. It is a pleasure to stay each time I am on holidays there.

When booking it says parking is included as an amenity. When I checked they said parking is on your own. There isn't any parking anywhere near the hotel. Also when I first pulled up to the hotel I parked in front to check in and find out what to do with my car and they said I have to move. I said I was checking in and they said I still had to move. I booked this hotel based on the fact that I had a place to park my car. Expedia should remove that amenity in the description of the hotel. Also water went from hot to cold many times during a shower.

Property is in a GREAT location. Very nice design i have to believe it was recently updated, in good taste. The draw back is that the cleaning in the room was not up to par with the class of the hotel. It was not a busy time of the year and hair was all over the bathroom and I'm bald

We loved our stay. Room was wonderful with the ocean view. Easy access to the ocean to watch the sunrise. The breakfast buffet was elaborate. Easy walk to shopping and 15 minutes to old town. Easy and beautiful.

I have stayed at this property twice in the past. Location is ideal and loved staying a the property. Unfortunately after the renovation, certain things were not up to par with the renovations. 1) Air conditioning was bad. Unit showed you could lower the temperature up to 5 degrees celsius. Not true. It went only up to 23 degrees celsius which was quite hot. 2) Cleaning services wasn't very good. After cleaning there were water stains on the shower doors and the mirror in the bathroom. 3) Elevator and hallways were not air conditioned while temperatures were almost 45 degrees celsius. NA

Delightful hotel- breakfast was included which was a great full buffet. Staff helpful and friendly, rooms are comfortable and a great view out to sea- right across the road from the beach. Would highly recommend- location just a short walk to all shops and restaurants and the Old Town

The hotel was clean and welcoming, the rooms had been refurbished and we got one of those rooms. Thw location was the main reason for booking this hotel and the price. Breakfast was delicious and loads to choose from, and different options daily, for example crepes or pancakes. Potatos, fries or has browns. The main breakfast room is rather crowded so get there early and don’t sit in the sun by the window as it’s like a green house with the curtains open.

We liked everything.
