Good service, fast, parking. The room is spacious and clean.

The toilet is clean enough, the hotel lobby is too small, and the lack of breakfast every day is chosen for one.

If you want to go to New Ratchada Night Market and big shopping malls, this hotel is the best: 24 hours check-in, the great breakfast and clean-tidy room. I love it! It has behind shopping mall Big C and So shortcut that across Big C Compound.

I moved the room. The exhaust fan in the toilet. Makes a lot of noise But call to tell the staff to see and change the room. Very good overall, good reception staff. Housewives care clean.

I could not remember anymore how many times I stay here. Love the location and their service here.

The hotel staff is very helpful. BigC is just beside. MRT is just near. Everything is great!!

Close to Big C Ratchada, narrow entrance, parking lot, breakfast room, choice of set

Good location, for transportation in town, very close to shopping center and food. But hotel itself quite rusty, toilet quite dirty, and receptionist at counter are quite bad with no service mind just doing their task with no interactive.

Clean, good service with swimming pool located behind Big C Ratchada. Maybe find a little hard. Near Esplanade Ratchada About 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The water from the shower smells like a hairdryer. Not sure what caused it.
