Everything was perfect

Location was great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was expensive for the “snacks” offered. Room was small but clean.

It was short but extremely pleasant. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always top notch.

We stayed for 3 nights exploring the city and the sights. There was a festival during our stay which was very colourful and good fun with a great party atmosphere. Most businesses do not speak English so take that into account before you visit.

Not a Spa hotel but a ok room in a hotel with a small separate Spa bookable, perhaps, at 20eu per hour. No public reception area or lounge. Room lacked air and air conditioning useless. Cramped 'deluxe' room. Disappointing but location good.

Right in the centre of town. An easy walk to all main attractions. Concierge parking at a reasonable rate. The spa facilities were excellent. All staff very friendly.

Very good hotel in an extremely convenient location

NO FRONT DESK WE HAD A RESERVATION AND GET THERE AT NIGHT, WE SPEND ALL NIGHT IN A PARKING LOT WAITING FOR THEM TO OPEN THE HOTEL, WORST!

We particularly liked the staff in the breakfast area who were so very helpful and welcoming. The staff at reception were also very kind. We did not like all the mirrors - everywhere we turned there was a mirror including in the lift!

Great value Hotel in the centre of a busy town. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The check in was easy and we found cheap parking close to the hotel. The hotel does have parking for 15euro per night. The breakfast was really nice and the guy doing the breakfast was very helpful.

This hotel looks nice from the outside but it’s a bit too fussy inside - with lots of impractical details e.g. the glass door to the bathroom doesn’t close properly, and you can’t reach the soap dispenser from the bathtub. The staff aren’t exactly the warmest - after our room had been cleaned there were no towels - my request for replacements was met with some disbelief by the receptionist and the question “well, do you need towels now?” - all the staff at the desk were a bit frosty.

Access to the hotel was very simple off main streets. The hotel offers valet parking which was wonderful because driving in the historic district is a little stressful (small streets and lots of pedestrians). Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It is a fabulous location near everything and walking to everything was really nice. Service was excellent too. The hotel provides breakfast and has spa services, but we didn't use -- no time.
