The staff go out of their way to make sure everything is as good as it can be as quickly as it can be and that you feel in comfort and being looked after

The service at this unique boutique hotel was second to none. Everyone, from the housekeeping to the management was courteous and helpful and went above and beyond. We will be highly recommending this property to our friends and family.

The staff were amazing during our stay, anything you needed, access to show tickets, car services all no problem at all

Impeccable service. Smaller boutique hotel inside the larger (although also not huge) Reubens at the Palace. Hotel 41 is undoubtedly one of best properties in London and one of the best properties I have stayed at

Small boutique hotel occupying a single floor of a building complex across from Buckingham Palace. Best service I have ever had in any hotel. Not just helpful, but very nice people. Hotel wasn’t very full so I got upgraded to a bit larger room with a wonderful little gas fireplace. No restaurant, per se, instead there is a large and comfortable lounge area. Very clubby and comfortable, like the ones you may have seen in movies. Lovely glass ceiling to let in the light when not raining in London. Great place to visit, work, relax, etc they serve breakfast lunch and dinner there, as well as cocktails. Plus all day coffee tea and snacks for free. Rooms are delightful and great turndown service with a treat each night and a hot water bottle to take the chill out of the bed. A real wow factor Meals etc quite expensive (45 gbp for breakfast). I had nothing but wonderful things to say, until I got the bill. Prices for the food were high, but clearly listed, so no objection there. However there was a 20gbp per night service fee that came as a surprise. Also, I’m quite particular about my beverage, not expensive, but prefer to bring my own and pay the corkage fee. Unfortunately the DAILY corkage fee was more than the cost of the entire bottle. I really hate surprises and this came as quite a shock to have over 200gbp in unexpected fees in a hotel already quite expensive. It turned what had been a superlative experience into one that really soured me on the hotel

Wonderful staff. Spotlessly clean. I loved my visit. In forty years of travel I have never been made to feel as welcome as I was here 😀

Hotel 41 are detrrmined to make your stay enjoyable and suceed. The room the food the free snacks canapes and pantry the welcome drink what is there to not like.

Visited dozens of times and quality always assured. Staff wonderful.
