Lovely place, very comfortable, friendly and food is fantastic and good prices

Nice looking country village pub asked to fill out a basic information form on arrival Unfortunately on our particular evening of arrival the restaurant was offline.

Great experience great place too stop food amazing exceptionally clean and nothing too much trouble for them definitely recommend in a beautiful quiet pub set in a beautiful village

Very good large ground floor room in a converted barn with large king size plus bed.Good linen . Nice to be in the country BUT if you are a light sleeper,as I am, I could swear there are 2 cockerels in the next door room who wake up at 5 o’clock.

Very friendly staff. Room was very clean, tidy, well-maintained, good wifi, modern bathroom. Great views over the countryside. Cooked breakfast included in the room and was just the right size...

Great hosts , wonderful setting, modern accommodations, mobile pizza , lovely breakfast. Only thing that I didn’t read was the £15 supplement to bring the dog. But still 5*

Owner of Fox and Hound is very friendly made sure we were very comfortable and felt very welcome. Breakfast was delicious. Room spacious, comfortable and clean.

Great stay! The room was super clean and the property was really cute. We were a little late checking in and the manager had told us it was a slow night but she kept the kitchen open because she knew we would be checking in.

Had a lovely stay at The Fox and Hounds, whilst visiting my brother who lives in the village, i spend my childhood here and it was really nice being back in the village. We received a lovely welcome from all at the pub. The chalets in the car park are very well appointed with comfy beds, a very nice bathroom/wetroom and beautiful views over surrounding countryside...it was just a shame about the appalling weather. The food was very good, with a nice choice of mains in the evening, and a lovely breakfast, cooked to order. All in all, a lovely place yo stay and i will definitely try to book again for my next visit to Uffington

Convenient location with lovely gardens and views. Comfortable and well appointed bedroom albeit a bit dark (small window). Character pub with a nice modern consevatory for meals.

the room was in excellent condition -car parking perfect-welcome to site& and staff attitude during the stay could not have been better -breakfast was delicious -lovely setting

Had a one night stay with grandson time visiting Airshow. Had a lovely evening meal and breakfast. Room was lovely and were made welcome and looked after well.Would stay again. Thanks all.

This is a lovely village 4* pub with 4 adjacent cottage detached rooms just at the side of the pub. All the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful which just made our long weekend. Food was excellent large portions. This is amazing place to stay for 1 night a few days or a week of more as there is so much to do in the area or within 50 mins drive. I made a great choice and so will you if you stay at this lovely pub. Thank you so much. Lynn, Peter & Jodie Rice
