Fantastic stay - room very clean annd well appointed and had really comfortable bed. Breakfast was ace! Dave made you feel really welcome. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely stay again.

I wouldn't want to visit again

Dave the host was excellent, very welcoming .Room was clean and tidy with tea making facilities to hand . Bed was normal double size and very comfortable.Breakfast was cooked fresh with a fair few options .Excellent place to stay if you want to explore Liverpool as it’s only a stone’s throw from the famous ferry cross the Mersey 👍👍

Highly recommend it. Very convenient for immediate access to the ferry service.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning staff was very helpful, free parking out the back and no hotel tax, just 10 minute drive in to liverpool city centre

We stay here during the Grand National and I can’t speak highly enough of the place. We were met with amazing hospitality by Dave and his wonderful family. The room was clean and super comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was delicious and definitely filling! Any future trips to Liverpool I will staying here no debate!

Lovely hotel it needs a bit of tlc in parts however room clean and tidy and manager lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he took time to explain transport and where to go suggestions. Breakfast very good and tasty - all in all enjoyed stay and would definitely consider it again.

Amazing place with greatest ever staff and owners, easy transport links, clean and slso making you feel at home. If/when we come back, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay. Dave extremely helpful, great breakfast cook and genuinely friendly. Loaned me a hairdryer. Great views of Liverpool from bedroom. Comfy bed. Will not hesitate to return.

Absolutely fantastic stay my wife had booked tickets for Blood Brothers at the Liverpool Empire. The room was spotless and bed , although softer than our own it was very comfortable and of excellent quality. It was very warm, high quality leather seats and the breakfast cooked perfectly. The only negative issue was no lift to the bedroom but Dave did offer to carry our overnight luggage and nothing was to much trouble. WiFi access was available. A very enjoyable stay which we both would highly recommend we plan to stay again as there is a ferry crossing available at a small cost of £2-70 access and egress isn’t easy but it drops you in front of the Liver Building. 11 out of 10 for the hotel, staff and breakfast.

Lovely people and a lovely room nice n warm great towels and bed Great fantastic staff, Dave, Cheryl and Collette. Very attentive, great cinversation and lovely harmless pet dog Brisco. The Liver Hotel is close to the ferry. We're just about to jump aboard. Great place to stay for travel xxx

The Liver View was fantastic! The proprietors were so friendly and the daily breakfast was delicious.
