Our stay was very comfortable. The room is clean and the breakfast buffet was actually very good. The location was perfect, only a five minute walk to Ipanema Beach. Plus they give you free beach towels, and umbrellas.

Lots of shops. Even a grocery store and a drugstore. Many restaurants. The area is excellent. Everything you need is right there.

Spacious room, friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent location.

The room is small, and the AC can’t be used continuously because removing the key cuts the electricity and turns everything off, including the AC. So whenever I returned, the room was very hot.

This hotel is centrally located. It is close to everything. The breakfast has great options. Most of the front desk employees speak English. While I enjoyed the location, I did not feel comfortable in my room. I booked the premium room. I was on the 6th floor, and my room smelled. The towels provided to me were not clean-they had lent on them, and I had to go to the front desk to get new ones. The worst part of my stay was finding bed bugs on my bed. Once I saw the bugs in the room, I became extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is extremely dated. Not sure if I will ever stay there again. For the price they charge, the investor or owner can upgrade the hotel to make it more modern and cleaner.

Reception staff courteous welcoming and helpful Clean room, easy access to the beach at Ipanema, literally a block walk away ideal for us as two day visitors and easy access for the group tour bus that we joined.

It very good value for money. And the location was fantastic and breakfast was included. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. However the hotel is very tired and in need of a refresh. However this is reflected in the price. Also I found the hotel very very noisy.

Fantastic location - prime Ipanema and close to the beach. Friendly employees at the front desk. Good (complimentary!) breakfast. The rooms aren’t the nicest rooms ever, but they are totally fine, they have AC, and the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily and were very friendly. Overall good value for the price.
