Location Location Location Very clean! Safe and helpful staff

It very good value for money. And the location was fantastic and breakfast was included. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. However the hotel is very tired and in need of a refresh. However this is reflected in the price. Also I found the hotel very very noisy.

Fantastic location - prime Ipanema and close to the beach. Friendly employees at the front desk. Good (complimentary!) breakfast. The rooms aren’t the nicest rooms ever, but they are totally fine, they have AC, and the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily and were very friendly. Overall good value for the price.

Good hotel. Quiet room.Very helpful staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Great area with lots of shops and supermarket nearby. Hotel could do with a refresh but would happily stay again.

My stay was good, overall. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect, hotel amenities were good. It's not fair that the hotel charges for any guest that visits the hotel guest.

Es un muy lindo hotel con una excelente ubicación en Ipanema.

The staff was amazing! The rooms are small. But we were there to enjoy our trip not to enjoy our hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was always at least one English speaking member available. The free breakfast was great as well. The hotel is located right in the middle of a shopping area and only a short walk from the beach.
