夜になるとprivate poolの近くに大きなゴキブリが出てちょっと驚きましたほかはとても満足度の高いホテルです。

部屋の掃除が遅かった ベランダのデッキチェアが古くて、座る気になれなかった

We had our wedding at Allamanda Chapel nearby the Allamanda Hotel and the location was perfect. The service level was very high and the food was great.

Originally booked jacuzzi suite, but bathroom looks very old and bad smell, so request for different room but they don't have any same type of room available, only room without better bathroom conditions are smaller room ( downgraded room) we take this room, but they cannot give any price adjustment....

トイレにゴキブリの死骸があったのだが、清掃後にも置いてあったため隅々まで行き届いていないことが見てとれた。また、ネスプレッソからお湯を出したらポーションをセットしていないのに茶色いお湯が出た

スタッフが 食事中このご時世に私たちが頼んだ食事を 間違えて隣に出していて私達が指摘して スタッフが回収 その料理をあやまりもせずに私たちに出してきたので 一言言うべきですよと言ったら無視して 目を合わす事なく逃げていきました。 一緒にいた彼女と空いた口が塞がらず これが2泊で30万円のホテルかとびっくりしました。 チェックインの際も早くついてしまったので またあとでここにきてくださいと言われたところに出向いたらチェックインはここじゃありませんと言われ二度手間の様に移動。 スタッフが施設を把握してません。 カートを借りたいと言ったら 9時以降に空き始めますと言うスタッフがいたり12時以降に借りれますと答えがバラバラ スタッフがわからないことは私達にわかるはずもなく借りたかったカートも2日いて借りられませんでした。 ホテルの食事は割高なのは理解してますが 中でも鉄板は史上最低のコストパフォーマンスでした。 二人でノンアルコールで5マンほどの食事を頼みました。 4品くらいしか出てこない内容の乏しいコースで40分くらいで食べ終わりました。 もう少し客側に立ったほうがいいと思います。 部屋でいえば プライベートプールも 虫がたくさん入ってて 虫取り網もなく虫だらけで気持ち悪くて 二日目は入りませんでした 普通プライベートプールがあるとこは 虫取り網くらい常備してるものです。 緊急用の浮き輪の設置もなく 杜撰な安全管理が伺えます。 あまりにもひどいホテルなので リサーチしたら 低評価の連発 返信には 同じ分をコピーして謝罪してる 総支配人鈴木さん おそらくPRにだけ力を入れて集客して スタッフにはほぼ指導していません。 二度といかないとともに 私の周りにもこんな悲しい思いはさせたくないのでsnsで伝えさせていただきます。 ウミガメだけは素敵でした。

こちらのリクエストに直ぐに御対応頂き、とても心地良いステイとなりました。どのスタッフの方々も皆様とても親切で、食事の時のシェフとも楽しい会話やお料理と楽しい時間となりました。 主人公バースデーにと、お祝いをして下さり感謝でした。お部屋も清潔で綺麗で、全てが素晴らしかったです。

お願いにすぐに対応してくれました。送迎もバッチリでした。レストランがいくつか閉まっていたのは残念でしたが止むナシですね。

It's a group of hotels in a resort and this one was very nice. On the whole a great experience but was let down by housekeeping who didnt always clean the room. Actually had to clean the room myself once. But it didnt spoil the honeymoon and we had a great time. We rented a car and went around the island and stocked up on snacks from 7-11 as there is not much facilities to get snacks in the resort and room service ends early.

Very disappointing. Nearby construction work was so noisy that we had to keep windows closed, and it started at 8:30 a.m., even on Saturday. The hotel did not warn us when we made the reservation, even though the construction was on the hotel's property. Service was inattentive from the moment we arrived until we left. Calls to the front desk were often unanswered and promised follow up was not delivered. Hotel layout was extremely inconvenient: there was no bar open after 6 p.m. in the main building, and buildings are so far apart that you have to use an infrequent shuttle bus to get around. Jacuzzi not heated. No screens on the windows to keep out insects. Very overpriced.

The Shigira Bayside is somewhat confusing from the photos shown. It is NOT on the beach and is a 15-25 minute ride via the hotel shuttle to the nearest beach. One is completely dependant on using the hotel shuttle to do everything at the resort unless you rent a car at the airport to use during your stay. The restaurants all require a shuttle ride except the restaurant in the hotel. We were first assigned a basement floor room which had a horrible view. We asked to be changed as we booked this hotel solely for the water view. The hotel staff was kind to accommodate us. We wished there was more to do at the hotel. There was no bar service at he pool which was disappointing. The room itself was quite nice once we had someone help us with the AC. Nice products in the bathe and a comfortable sitting area. Comfortable beds. The Italian restaurant was delicious.

This is fourth time I've stayed at this hotel and it never fails to impress me. The staff are very friendly and courteous, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the ocean views are spectacular. I recommend it without reservation.

Stayed early November for 3 nights at an awesomely fancy and beautiful pool villa royal suite. Staff was the most helpful I've ever met (even after 10 years living in Japan!), many fun activities available, and the private golf cart provided with the villa allows to go to the beach and most of restaurants on the resort within 5 minutes, but also enjoy super fun ride by the ocean. Also important to note that the weather in Miyako in early November is really pleasant, around 24~29 degrees.

While Allamanda is generally a nice hotel, it's the small details that let it down. It seemed a bit tired and rough around the edges. In our room, the drawers in the master bedroom didn't close (we had to wedge them shut with cardboard so as to not bump into them in the middle of the night), the air con in the main room didn't cool the room at all, the internet went down twice (we were there for four days), the bed was creaky so you woke up every time you rolled over, and when we asked for some milk for our daughter one night, we were told there was no milk in the entire hotel ... yet at breakfast the next morning, there was plenty of milk available for coffees etc. Also, parts of the hotel look like they just need a new coat of paint or some new tiles. The people who work there are all lovely, but they're not enough to make an OK experience better.

I love it the service so good and very professional

It was AMAZING! Loved this hotel so much! Like, they do these shuttle runs to drop us off at each local restaurant etc, and we had unfortunately missed the last bus... So, the restaurant rang up our hotel and they came and picked us up in the car... For FREE! How good is that?! And that is only the third time they've done that for us. The first two happened when we were at the beach and again we missed the last bus, so they drove us back in a golf caddy. Best hotel. Highly recommended. Great service and so helpful. We will definiely come back in the near future.

Booked this based on reviews and were not disappointed. Arrived by hire car (acquired via info counter at airport) a little late, found out that they parked the car - just drive to main entrance & they will unloaded luggage and take your car to be parked up. Room spacious and clean - upgraded to include own small infinity pool. Most of the resort restaurants are pricey - but minibus available to ferry to and from. We tried the sushi place which good value at 4500¥ per head for medium set meal without drinks. Other nights we ate elsewhere before returning to resort. Minor problem at check out using European credit card - once they realised it was chip & PIN transaction completed. Buffet breakfast excellent with Asian & Western options. Would definitely return at some point when in Miyako. Recommended.

プールが五時までで終わりが残念でした。大人プールは、プールサイドバーも作ってほしい。朝、プールで泳いだとき、葉っぱや虫が浮いていたので、営業前には取っておいてほしい。
