staff didn't help with internet connection issues although they were the cause of the problem due to incorrect spelling of last name at check in

What I liked about the hotel was that you allow dogs. However, you should have one floor for dogs, not all floors. And I think you could have more selection with your breakfast. Clean the carpet better.

I do wish that you had some rooms that were not "pet friendly" for those of us that are allergic.

The front desk staff during my stay was very friendly!

Unfortunately my co-worker went into her room and there wasn't a light fixture in the bathroom. They were sold out so she couldn't be placed in another room. The clerk admitted they shouldn't have put her in there. They attended to solve the problem by bringing a lap that she plugged in the way. This WAS NOT good as a woman needs the light and mirror for make up and hair. We will NEVER stay at this property again!!!!!

It was a wonderful stay. Super clean. Super friendly staff at every turn..nice breakfast too. Definitely will recommend and be back. Location was safe and near things we needed.

No Internet service. Elevator was out of service. Accessible bathtub bench was missing a white panel that you sit on; metal was exposed. Other than like, my stay was good.

This is usually great but this time the shower had no water pressure and the breakfast was out of items both days
