Comfortable stay in this lovely country inn. Our room was very clean and had very comfortable bed. The food was fantastic (we recommend the homemade steak pie and the chilli beef salad). Good breakfast too. Staff friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Really good value for the money. Although near a main road, the hotel is set well back and our bedroom was at the back of the building and very quiet. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Fabulous comfy bed, clean modern bathroom and great shower. Fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise and very useful. Staff very friendly, lovely breakfast and dinner, would definitely stay again.

Great spot for a get away. Property is clean and the pub had nice food.

We LOVED this little inn. Our room was adorable, clean and nice, and had little touches like shortbread cookies. The food is excellent--I recommend the fish for breakfast. We would love to come stay again.

Really enjoyed our night in the blue bell , lovely room and a very comfortable bed. Very nice meal in the evening and a lovely breakfast in the morning what’s not to like so when we find ourselves hiking in the area again we will definitely be looking to stay a night or two in the Blue bell

Comfortable, great staff, good food.

Lovely welcome upon arrival and shown to a beautiful room with more than everything that we required. Very clean and comfortable - had the best nights sleep. Lovely bar with log fire and a gorgeous evening meal. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend. We will be staying again.

The dinner and breakfast were both, substantial and good quality. The staff were friendly and chatty. The quality of the room was excellent, although the bright fire exit sign didn't aid dropping off to sleep and the bathroom heated towel rail wasn't on, so the bathroom was cold. I didn't see the area around the property so i couldn't comment.

Our first time at the Blue Bell, but won’t be our last! Really comfortable beds and pillows in a nice room with a lovely new bathroom. Food was excellent and all the staff, from Keith , the landlord, down, are friendly, kind and helpful, and all were happy in their jobs. We will be back!
