For the price and breakfast not included, no complimentary water, aircon cannot be turned off, iron not working - it is not worth it. The only thing good about this is the location and friendly staff.

we booked five rooms for our family vacation last October 26-29. The service was relatively great. The staff were very polite and hospitable. The proximity of the hotel to the mall was the greatest consideration why we checked inn at Park Inn by Radisson. If given the chance to return to Davao, we would consider staying here again.

This was not my first time in this hotel. But my previous booking with them seems better. This time, only 1 out of the 3 elevators are working. So it takes several mins to get a ride from 2nd to 3rd flr and vice versa (no stairs in sight). Adult pool is so much more cloudy than the kids' pool. The drastic difference should've caught their attention to change the water. This may be due to lack of filtration or inadequate circulation. We availed of the breakfast on site since it was not included in the room I booked. It was the worst hotel breakfast buffet I have tasted. The food is bland and cold. Vegetables are raw, this may post health hazards to guests. Chicken soup taste like water. A trip to SM Lanang for breakfast would've been more pleasant. Housekeeping services took 10 hrs to come and serve me 2 bottles water. I think it is worth mentioning that my previous booking was a yr ago. Over all quality of customer satisfaction had since gone down

It was great! I really loved its location because it was near the airport, and right across SM Lanang Premiere! Also loved the shampoo and body wash partner that was Dove.
