Very nice staff … thanks to every staff there for the help and understanding

Everything was fine, but the room had an unpleasant odor. We suspect that's why an air purifier was included.

It was faultlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the heating / cooling system worked effectively. The included breakfasts had variety, and were tasty. It was a fantastic bargain! I’ll come back when I next come to Spruce Grove.

This hotel was pretty great overall. The last night there however, there was a music band in the room above and despite all of our complaints the noise did not stop until we told the band directly if they did not stop making noise the police would be called. The cabinets in our room were shaking…!! That is ridiculous!!

Clean, well maintained building and rooms, with comfortable beds, friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are well appointed for the price, including fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, etc. Very good breakfast. Definitely recommend for a reasonable price hotel.

The breakfast is not the best but good. We have hard time with the pillows too big and thick but next time we will go back with ours. Overall no complaints, it’s nice and clean. Like I said we will go back.

The only issue I had was the smoke alarm beeped when I used the ac in the room. When I shut off the air conditioner the beeping eventually stopped.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet.

Close to what I need

We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly with a low per day fee. We were welcomed happily even though we were checking in a little later than expected. The room was quite nice, we chose the business suite for the extra space. The king bed was amazingly comfortable. The pull out couch had a weird lean so my teen had to sleep with his head at the foot end but he said it was comfortable. Robes were offered but we did not use them. The only minor thing I would say is the lights are very strange. They come on very slowly making the room very dim until they “warm up” almost. Also keep in mind this hotel is just off highway 16 A so you may hear road noise. All in all a good stay! Oh and the breakfast was decent and good coffee.
