* Friendly staff, though they are not always available, clean room and facilities, breakfast offered as well as vouchers for 2 free beers from a local bar and 10 minute shoulder massage from a (nice) massage shop a few blocks away. Electric scooters are available for rent from them (Gogoro) through a service called Mober. The scooter reservation process is a bit complicated but I was helped with completing the form online and paying for it at a near by 7 Eleven by a staff member there.

We loved our room because it's spacious and the price is reasonable. Please note that there isn't any lift so it would be a bit inconvenient for elderly or when you carry bulky luggage.

Central location, walking distance to all downtown attractions. Comfortable, large room. However, no door on the the toilet and omly one very small window in the unit.

Generally nothing to pick on for our stay here. We even extended an additional 1 day, as this accommodation gave us a very comfortable vibe. The room is pretty clean, the staff is really friendly and approachable - highly recommended to stay here!

This is a really wonderful B&B. It has the most comfortable beds of any hotel or B&B that I have stayed at. The location is nice and the staff are very friendly.

Hotel had the most comfortable bed of any on our trip. Reasonably priced. Centrally located. Walking distance to most downtown attractions. Sign identifing hotel wasn't easiest to spot.

We stay over night in connection to the Green Island outside Taitung. The reception only come when you call them by phone, so make sure you have a local number or roaming turned-on, otherwise, it's easy that you have to wait outside for long time. We only saw the reception person once during our stay (when we check in), the breakfast are left on the table in the reception in the morning (you order it the day in advance). You're expected to take care of yourself once they give you the key, no one from the hotel really stay in the hotel at night. Looks like it's a family run hotel, in a very peaceful, slow area. - nice one - everywhere is taxi - cheap one.

Didn't think much about it before we got there, but it was an extremely nice place for being called a B&B. Very friendly staff who wanted to help us with everything regarding our trip to Green Island.

We tried calling ahead to set up a pick up but were not able to communicate - we took a cab - no big deal, it was about $8 ride. We loved our stay at the hotel - the hosts are very kind and welcoming. The accommodations are very nice and clean. Comfortable beds- great pillows, plenty of space - flatscreen to watch TV from bed. They have the shower style that has no door, so the bathroom floor stays fairly wet - not what we are used to, but just wear the house slippers they provide. Also one morning there were a lot of planes flying overhead starting at 8:30 in the am and lasting a couple hours. They were military planes - another day there was a couple and the other days we didn't hear any - so seems like not a common problem. The location is very good - walking to tons of stores and restaurants. Few blocks to the beach. Free access to bikes is nice.. but they are not made for someone of 6'4". They are near a big telecom tower, so can always find your way home. All in all we were happy with our stay and would stay there again.

Room was comfortable and service was good. Includes good breakfast delivered. 15min. taxi ride from/to train station.

They did not however have a washer/dryer as advertised on Expedia. Other than that, it was a very convenient location and there were free bikes to use. The staff was very helpful in giving directions. I speak some Chinese so that helps too. Overall, we would definitely recommend this B&B as a nice, simple clean place to stay.

房間寬敞，房間內應該是空氣不流通的原因有個味道，且房間部分須修繕的部分並未處理，電視遙控器只有一顆電池，無法開關電視，冷氣的部分遙控器感覺有故障，有些功能無法使用

房間超大床也很大很舒適，但地板是木紋磚的，冬天很冰，小小孩睡到半夜滾到床下撞到頭哭很大聲，不曉得有沒有吵到樓下住客，覺得如果是木地板或有地毯會更好

房間舒適，有事情民宿老闆處理，都能快速到達。 離市區很近，想吃市區美食走路就可到 。 像榕樹下米苔目 中華早點 林家臭豆腐等等... 很方便

或許因為在整修，地板很明顯的粉塵

一樓有飲水機跟咖啡機，還可以在客廳吃東西聊天 還有小孩遊樂設施 腳踏車供給不足 離美食區走路幾分鐘就到 鐵花村稍遠，但還是走得到

恭喜民宿迎娶儀式舉辦成功，但是都check in 完成了，晚上21:36才傳簡訊告知明日有迎娶活動，著實讓人覺得不愉快，應該在登記住房時就要提醒，或是乾脆取消訂房。前一晚其他客人在樓下聊天到快一點，早上還沒七點就被吵醒，真的不太好...
